Forces you to use the regular site (not mobile app) to change your password. Really inconvenient because your password expires and the app doesn't let you know it expired so then you try logging on x3 and get locked out. Then you have the joy of talking to the person that manages the app who is less than friendly and doesn't understand they a BANK problem with the app...not a customer problem. Mobile banking should be 100% mobile not back and forth between two platforms that don't communicate

Simple to use. It's great for checking my balance and is updated instantly after I make a transaction. I dont live near the bank so the mobile deposit is a great feature.

App is very convenient for mobile deposits and checking accounts. Need to have a way to know ahead of time when your password is about to expire. Because you have to go to website to change it

If you don't login constantly it looks you out. Poor transaction history only lets you see last 30 days

sometimes there is software issues that will not allow me to go to the log in screen.

Very user friendly app & it's convenient to make deposits online and check your account activity. Love the app!

I would like to be able to name my accounts instead of going by the number. I would also like to put a description in for the deposits.

Good over all. But please swap the order of the instant balance accounts. They should match the order my accounts are in when logged in.
