This app looks like it was a High school computer lab project. very juvenile and difficult to navigate. Everytime I use a different feature I have to relog in to the account. I would rather just spend the time driving to the bank and doing what I need to do there.
Not working with updated operating systems. Too many steps to sign in for a mobile app. Fingerprint identification would be nice.
It doesn't work. It's been easiest to log into rhe website just as I have been.
Update the damn app already

I hate this app especially the mobile deposit. This app doesn't allow for the check image to be focused or for the use of my phone's flash. If there's a shadow or anything less than 800 exposure your check won't go through. God forbid you deposit your check on the Friday before a bank holiday. It will be Tuesday when you get your pay. I recommend not joining this credit union. Unfortunately, I have a cd and am stuck until it matures. Trying to close your account is difficult.
It appears this app either crashes or I have no idea what is going on. Checked accounts early in the day and was working fine. Went ti check it again and after entering user id. App kept asking security questions thst I did not enter. Really a big hassle
The app was awesome when it was working. Lately the app has been unresponsive since I did an update two months ago. I tried uninstalling then reinstalled 3 times still doesn't work. Such an inconvenience bet other banks don't have this app issue.
Every time I try to open the app it tells me "Unfortunately, Premier FCU has stopped working" then all I can do is report or hit ok. I am on a Samsung Galaxy S4 Kitkat Android Version 4.4.2
Keep coming back to check nothing has been done in the last 2 years!!! To be such an awesome bank hate there's no working app to conduct banking needs without having to go through the whole online process😢
This app was awesome. Then I got an email about how they were going to be workin on it, and now. It won't even pull up with out crashing. I would love it if yall could fix it.

Every dang time I try to open this app it force closes . This app would be okay if it actually worked but more than 90% of the time it won't open and asks me to send an error report. I have done this many times and still to this day it force closes. Sick of it! Get it together on the app!
I had trouble transfer money from one account to another. Therefore I had to uninstall. Please correct the app I would love to have it
Worst then Web site. I don't like giving bad reviews, but this is a joke. Web site isn't any better.
Buggy, closes automatically and the mobile deposit feature is not working for over a week now.

Was Fantastic but since I updated to Android 10 the app keeps crashing. Was really easy to use, and convenient. Mobile deposit was the reason I downloaded the app. Now that it is incompatible with the newest Android update I have to go to the bank to deposit checks, which defeats my purpose for having the app in the first place. I don't know what is going on behind the scenes, hopefully they are working to improve the app so it will be compatible. Will rate 5 stars once compatible.
