I have two android devices. The app isn't compatible with one, and it installs on the other, but locks up on the opening screen. I cannot type or click anything. That's 0 for 2. I've never ran into this for as long as I've been using phones.

I really love the newest update that made it possible to use the fingerprint scanner to log in because that was the biggest problem with Premiers online banking was that it was too sensitive with the log in credentials and I wound up getting locked out constantly. Now its verybsafe secure and dependable

All the flaws from the previous version fixed, this has turned out to be a wonderful app. It has a simple and straightforward user interface, and makes transferring funds from one account to the other as simple as pointing and clicking

I like The Current PFC app. But it still Could Use Improvement Not Big, But i saw finger Print Identy recognition wich is nice for those that use that feature on newer phones! But I'd Like to See a the Feature that could up the Security Added with a 4-6 Ss Identifer. I Mean the Stream line initially Is Great & I would Like a More Simple log in using the app as i stated using a 4-6 SS# Login I mean my L ID is secure My Password is Tight & all Phrases are incredible So faster retina scanner opt.

It's a functional app, and it gets the job done. However. It's due for a big change. The interface and software are bare-bone. Sometimes I can't even get in to the app because of server lag.

I love it. This apps makes banking so easy. I can check my balance, transfer funds and make my credit card payment from home. It helped during the pandemic.

Having problems with the app. Running in the background. Stopping. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but the app continues to act up.

I love having the instant balance feature! Makes it very easy to get real-time updates. Transfers are super easy, too!

With banking online I don't feel blind. I can see how much I have, and make transfes and payments without going to the bank. I do everything through the online banking system.

Liked the older version better, this version shows partial account number at login and it looks very plain and not as secure.

So far so good!! I love the user friendly navigation of this app! I do wish it offered a way to pay bills via the app but oh well time will tell

I don't like that you can't make an extra payment from the app or site. Kind of regretting switching from Capital One🤦🏾‍♀️

Like the new look and like that I can log in with finger print. App seems alot easier to work

This app is bad, I tried my login ID and security code 15 times over and still wouldn't let me login so do not download this app, it is bad

Tried to make a transfer from one account to another in the middle of the night and all accounts showed unavailable very inconvenient. I had to wait until the next morning.

Everything I need to be able to monitor my account I can do via the app. It is very user friendly.

Do Not Like This App, I Can Take The Old Version Back AnyTime AnyDay. This New App Is Wack And It Will Not Let Me Log In At All..

Spectacular it is much better than the other version. Now is easy to see all the account.
