Even when booking for a hotel room in September and paying for a non refundable room, because my credit card expires in July I can't use it. So rang direct and was told it will cost 75 more. Complained and had a very curt response. Very poor that cannot use my card when booking as my new one isn't due until June. Expected some discretion when calling or at least some gesture of goodwill.
Used to be amazing up to about a month ago, now just can't use it as every time I try a search I just get the message something went wrong try again later. Have tried reinstalling many times & contacted Premier Inn with the issue but have had no reply. Very frustrating as used to be such a good app.
I usually use this app all the time to book to go away. unfortunately i will not be using ot anymore as it will not allow me to use it to book and is always saying try again this app was awesome at one point this has nothing to do with the hotel being fully booked as it was dates for may and considering my partner managed to book for those dates in may so i highly suggest you get your app in order.
Despite installing update this morning app continues not to work. Keep getting something went wrong try again. Sold out hotels would be a luxury as can't get any hotels Motel one has got a number of bookings from me due to app problem and I see am not the only potential customer with this issue.
Just like the website, this app takes you all the way through the booking process only to glitch when you come to entering payment details. It even tells me my name is invalid! Utter rubbish.
App is great. Easy to work around. Process is easy to amend or cancel bookings. Cant fault it
Keeps saying something went wrong when trying to book was fine app till the last update have unistalled and reinstalled still makes no difference
Getting something went wrong on searching for hotel on App. I thought may be it was fully booked but thankfully I visited the website and was able to book the room. Please check what is the issue here
Doesn't even work, just get a message saying something went wrong. Pathetic. Use the website instead. Unbelievable that such a basic app doesn't get fixed.
App is so easy to use. Premier Inn prices are very reasonable we would use them every time.
Makes finding available hotels so easy and the booking process is simple and user friendly.
App just doesnt work!! Have uninstalled and downloaded 5 times. The Travel Lodge App works.
Search option for hotels not working since last update but is working through a browser. Please fix this.
App doesn't work. Searching for hotel in London for September, all I get is error message "something went wrong. Please try again". Try again still nothing. Do the map search "no hotels available in this area"--all of London. Reinstall app same thing. Website shows lots of availability. App is useless if you can't search for a hotel.
Getting message in red box something went wrong have removed and downloaded app several time still same message
Cant order food and drinks from restaurant and bar too room from app, needs a reward scheme in app for regular customers. Upon visit i found the Bluetooth air conditioning control with no information on paper leaflet in room for smartphone app so i could not find how too control air conditioning through a app this needs too be updated on paper leaflet in room to say what app you need on phone to Bluetooth connection for phone. Television in room needs customer be able to access a web browser.
Really simple and easy to use. Some app developers could learn from this one.

This is a good app which you can review, book and cancel reservations. The problem that needs to be addressed is that there is an amend option but it only allows you to cancel bookings. I wanted to amend to add another day's stay. its was impossible to do this on the app. So you have to either cancel booking then re book with amended dates or phone up. The phone up option was no good to me because I was out of the country at the time and would have got stung for a large phone call charge.
At first sight it looked promising, particularly as it offered scope to ring individual Premier Inns at which one had a booking. The trouble is, the App doesn't answer the phone, and neither does the Premier Inn. Supposedly still receiving unprecedented call levels. Really!!! At least offer a ring back service as some companies do, or allow direct communication with the Inn via the App.
I downloaded the app and thought it looked great and would be straight forward to use. I added some future bookings which were displayed, then when I went out of the app and back in they are no longer there, when I go to add the booking in again a message shows up in red saying the booking has already been imported. Not being able to store and see future bookings renders the app useless.
Easy to use app very simple layout makes it straight forward to use.
Very easy to book, amend and cancel dates.
Very easy to use, however, the app automatically set my stay to working which is not the case. I was staying at that Premier Inn for Leisure. There was no obvious way to change why I was staying!
