Premier League - Official App

What a disappointment of an app. Has too many internal errors, the score updates are very delayed, same goes for the fantasy side (very delayed update). To think, the official app for Premier League would have some standards. Very frustrating to use the app.

Love the game, hate the app - as a fellow software dev I'm sorry to the devs here but please sort out the constant sign out issue!! I'm on Android and nearly always have to sign back into the app, it's a very annoying UX and I always worry about missing notifications about game week deadlines. App is also slow to update match/player scores during a game, might be a delay in whatever API call you're making to receive live updates? Always end up having to check BBC info first!

i would like to give this app a good review, but there are just some glaring issues. aside from the frequent crashes, each clubs' "stats" screen is completely incorrectly formatted, missing certain stats from the page. for example, in every club's stats page there is a header titled "Wins" (?) and below it details the club's losses, goals, and goals conceded; there is absolutely no stat for wins, or even for draws. it's ridiculous. and the same goes for every other stat on the page - pls fix.

Great at letting me know about upcoming games and the current table and a beautiful UI. Huge issue with refreshing data... On the home page, if I'm trying to follow along scores, swiping to refresh has no visible impact so I have to close out the app and relaunch. Additionally, i would love if it could be easier to see game history for teams--i like the form guide of the last few games, but want the opportunity to explore more easily for all teams.

This app has never refreshed for me. It will display for instance the score in a match and if I switch to another app and come back it will still show the same score and time of the match. If i drag down to refresh, it displays the spinning green circle as if refreshing, but doesn't update. I have to back out of the app then re-load it to get the up to date score etc. It's been like this for years on two different phones! (Samsung s8 then s10). sort it out!

Currently can't sign in despite doing a password change, only told told it's failed when I input the wrong details?!? Otherwise, it's decent, works well, better than the browser version of some, but has a very annoying issue when making transfers, if defaults to players in the unlimited category rather than affordable - it makes zero sense to look at players you cannot afford... Please solve this!

No word of a lie at least 60% of the time I go to check on the games / fixtures the app just draws a blank and does nothing. Crashes are far too frequent. You're a billion pound industry, start acting like it.

I keep getting notifications for a club that I don't support. I have also disabled settings for that club. I have played around with the settings to try and disable it. Please fix

Results for some players don't show anything, Example, checking Ramsdale's points from last night, it doesn't load any previous results the page is blank. It used to only be for players that had just moved to the Prem league, eg Diaz for Liverpool, however now it's just at random. It's isolated to the Android app, it works on iOS.

Can't believe I'm having to write this as a suggestion but update the app and include a group chat amongst the mini leagues next season. How has this not been a feature from day one?

I'm surprised all the time by how bad the user experience on this app is. How do you remove the points button on the last gameweek? How does that make it through QA? Why is it so hard to search for a single players stats? I use other sports app to find premier league results and stats because it's so hard to find it in this app.

It doesn't want me to sign in to Fantasy league but I already had an account long ago but now its telling me about errors Fix this problem and we don't always have to sign in all the time

The cups section doesn't work properly on android, when you try to check on your score/progress it very briefly flashes on but then disappears.

I don't use it for fantasy. It worked fine until a week or two ago. Now it opens but won't display information like upcoming fixtures, results, or club information. I have rebooted my phone and reinstalled the app. Highly disappointing. I had been quite reliant on this app.

The apps content is fine. The problem I and by the looks of the other reviews show that me and others are struggling to log into the app and it's fantasy league. My fantasy league randomly quicked me out and then it would not register that I had typed in my password with it saying 'you need to make your password 8 digits long' though I had more than that. I then attempted to reg log but now I can't even get into the app itself. I put in my password and, boom! Server error 502! 4 stars otherwise

I love playing this every year but this year there have been multiple times I have gone to see the form of a player and how they have scored in previous weeks and their data hasn't shown yet if I go into another player it shows me. Fix this and I can put 5* but apart from this I love it.

Great app, great point system, love it! Only one problem though, my app is showing last season's kits and I have not been given the option on the app or on the play store to update the app. This doesn't bother me all that much but would just be nice. Would definitely recommend! 🙂

Decent Enough, doesn't seem to have anyone working on the app. Games scores don't update well. You can't see fantasy scores on a double game week for the second game. Seems like easy fixes but it's been that way the whole year.

Seamless functioning. Although it does log you out at times. But has helped me keep in touch with fpl regularly. Two suggestions, add push notifications for deadline days. And show the history of our performance can't find my scores for earlier season, in desktop I can.

Absolutely rubbish I can't sign in whenever the app automatically log out from my account, I have to reinstall the app to do so, but I can sign in through browser in my pc no problem there so why I can't sign in quickly by using the app. This is just a policy to increase the download number.

I give it a 5 star because I am premier league die hard fan but somethings like the players' clubs' badges missing and invalid data like penalties saved by goalkeeper being 0 yet the other keepers are not on the list. Just minor glitches to re-check and re-establish. But a good app all in all.👍👍👍👍

Every now and then keeps me out. So I have to confirm all the details aging to sign in it's pretty much annoying.

The app is good and enjoyable, although I believe it could be enhanced in a way that it could be friendly when it comes with making substitutions during match day just like the other fantasy football league apps and it will be great if one got remuneration after each match, thus it can able one build a good fantasy team as desired players are expensive.

Has become unusable now. Doesn't display player information when you select them so you can't see previous points scored so can't he used to transfer players in based on form. Logged out and back in, uninstalled and reinstalled, still the same. Don't bother, use the website.

Nice app,I love it , but every two weeks or so it won't let me sign in,sign in failed!!!, I changed my password,sign in failed!! And if you try again,sign in failed. As for trying to contact someone about this,it's impossible, they simply don't bother to help you.

It is a very good app and I love the fact that information that is being given is always live, and I love the PL fantasy, you can choose all the 15 players you want with a 100 million budget but I think that the budget that we (FPL managers) are given is too little to fulfill what we want to. It is a good app anyways but I hope that this can be fixed.
