I've been using this app successfully for years and now this latest update does not work on my Galaxy S7. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but no luck. It keeps saying I have the wrong version.
I switched my accounts to premier because I was told it had great business options. Unfortunately all I've ran into is bad customer service and ran down banks in Longmont! I am stuck because I don't want to go elsewhere but after one month with this bank I would just tell you to look elsewhere!
I've updated to the newest app and it still is not letting me log on. Been without mobile banking for 2 weeks now and it's getting frustrating as don't have a home computer.

The app works exactly as you expect. Depoaits made this way are in my account, fully, after 3 days. The postal service was taking 12 days to get the envelope to tge credit union!!
Wont work now after the update. I have removed and added the app and I still get an error saying "app will be available 10/27" that date has passed.
Worked great until it was 'upgraded' now all I see is an error that I need to update the app that doesn't provide an update.
App currently says it requires oct 27 update. This update is not available in Google store so the app hasn't worked.
Can't log in due to server maintenance that seems to have never sent out an update.
Usually doesnt accept correct sign but I actually would like it to work. Reinstalling.
I cant log on anymore!!! What did you guys do? I hope someone is paying attention to this and getting it fixed.
Just so you know the UPDATE is throwing errors because its the wrong app. When they did the update they created a whole new app its called Premier Members Credit Union, instead of this one called Premier Members Mobile... I found the info on the PMCU actual website...
It's really done well for Adidas on a daily basis and have no troubles

The UI is solid, when you can log in. Which is getting less and less frequent for me....
This app/company by far completely fails any test for user friendliness. It's like open heart surgery just to set my account up with them. The only ONLY upside i can give this company is that i got a refinanced auto loan with 4.89% interest. Other than that this company is literally garbage.
The only reason I use this app is that right now it is the best way for me to pay my Dad rent. Other solutions like Zelle require both you and the recipient to each have a smartphone, and even though I have a smartphone, my Dad doesn't have one AND doesn't need one. The only gripe I have about the app is that the P2P functions have no way of controlling how the P2P transactions are sorted which makes finding and checking transaction status more difficult. Would be nice to have the ability to sort that information by date at least.
I haven't had this app for years because it was so terrible. I was recently told it had improved immensely and I should give it a try. But I let getting an error message saying I need to update the app when there are no updates available. I have never been very impressed by the banking apps they put out.
