Have to enter vehicle, credit card info before anything else. Terrible, unusable booking interface. Wanted to book spot for event 7 months ahead, across state. Instead of date picker you must scroll through a list of days! As you try to change other (venue, event) selections, dates keep resetting to current day & time. Selecting venue across state also incredibly difficult--scroll thru map from current location. Every other parking app is better. Wish I could give 0 stars. Uninstalling.
Prices do not match whats posted at the kiosk. i tried to use the app a few times but at 1 parking lot i needed to pay $2 for 1 hour. the app would only allow me to pay for the whole day. the second time i went to use the app was for free parking for the first hour and a half. no surprise, the app wanted me to pay for it. WASTE OF TIME. DO NOT DOWNLOAD!
The app seems nice but the company can't be trusted. I paid for parking via this app and got a parking ticket anyway. The customer service team has not responded in over a week and a half, meaning that this erroneous ticket is about to be referred to a collections agency. Don't trust them.
Booked parking and the confirmation showed the correct time but the purchased reservation was the minimum duration rather than what I selected. Was instructed by customer support to book again for the correct time and the same thing happened. Website is more reliable, I do not advise using this app.
Need to be able to select a certain amount of time. Sometimes the app will only give you a certain amount of time to choose from. It should be set up to choose more or less time! Whatever is needed by the person parking.
Quick and easy to use, even to add more time while out and about. But really wish prices were a little cheaper and that you could add half hour to mins.
Installing and getting the app running is a pain. Shouldn't need all that info to find parking prices. All you need is location, way to forceful into other unnecessary info.
I wish the time increments were by the half hour and not 2 hours. Also would like it to be useful for monthly parking. Right now it does not service monthly parkers.
TERRIBLE! I tried to utilize this app to park for two hours and the only option it gave, AND automatically charged was for a FULL day. $40 for parking?! That is outlandish! Do not use!
Couldn't sign up. Entered email and created a password with the correct requirements then agreed to terms. Then complained password didn't meet requirents. Lazy development and testing earns this 0 stars.
Wouldn't connect and wouldn't let me sign in to my new account and wouldn't recognize my password or send email password reset. Uninstalled. Useless waste of time.
There is no way to get a refund. I was only parked for 5 minutes because the restaurant at which I was going to eat had unexpectedly stopped serving food.
App crashes and never lets you change duration. Based on other reviews, this app needs to go back to the dev team and should have never passed QA.
I try to pay for parking and it always gives me less time than I pick. Very frustrating.

The app won't let you do hourly, only 24 hour increments. The lot advertised as $5. Waste of money.
Was working fine all day, went to add one more hour to our parking and it forced us to add 6 hours for an additional 10 dollars.
Gave me a ticket for walking in a taco shop to get food walking directly out. I had payed for the day at the lot by my work site. they charge 25 dollars a day. gravel lot next to our construction site was empty and no signs saying it was owned so hundreds of workers parked there Premier noticed this and had planned in the future to pave a lot there, so they threatened towing forced us to leave vacant lot spray painted spaces on gravel now its empty and no one can park there whether you pay ornot
the location of the parking lot is convenient but the price is a little to high.
Doesn't work, zone numbers are all invalid even though the number is on the sign for the lot

Premier parking is the most unprofessional and disgusting company in Nashville. They will overcharge, triple boot, call the police, and file charges for vandalism on you without blinking an eye and give false police reports to have the police show up sooner. They act like every person who they interact with is hostile and refuse to work with anyone that looks like a chump to them.

A great app for parking a guest overnight or finding quick and efficient parking uptown. The mobile app is easy to register for and makes good sense. Car was still there in the morning so if something ever goes wrong, I'll be back to review again. But for now, an excellent app that was clear, simple, and made an overnight park very smooth!
