Premier Smart

It works just fine for my family, but mine not so much. I've been trying to connect to the camera for more than 20 minutes and every time it fails. It says failed to establish encrypted channel all the time. I restarted, changed the wifi and phone settings, uninstalled, and reinstalled the app, and it's still the same result. does it not work on other devices or is there another issue with my phone?( it's a Samsung S6 Edge by the way ). All of it's features works really well while we were testing it. I just want to know how or what i need to do to fix this issue. It be much appreciated

There is a mandatory update to the camera supposedly to enable cloud storage but there is no option to enable it. The picture, both night and day, is absolutely amazing. The 2 way talk is a bit squeaky but it is understandable. Motion detection is very sensitive even on the lowest setting, but its better than not being sensitive enough. Have not installed a memory card yet but will have one soon.

Well developed App and Product. I was surprised how well everything synced. I was skeptical at first seeing how it was a impulse buy from Autozone but the setup was a breeze and the integration with Google Mini is excellent. Only complaint (which isn't much) is I wish there was support for 5Ghz networks. I'll be looking forward to upgrading all my household lights to premier smart!

Motion detection the camera never captures the movement.... the subject is able to move past the camera undetected... Your notified of the movement but the still image is slow and the movement is able to avoid being recorded or even seen on the still images... Your going to have to capture subjects with your own eyes... So your probably asking "what's the point in the cameras?" EXACTLY!!!! Pretty close to useless..

I bought the camera bc it said it was compatible with Google Assistant, and it did not want to start up and working no matter what I did. This device wouldn't even reset. I then took it back to the store I purchased it from and received an exchange for another camera. I took home and it was so easy to install. However, within the the first Hour of it functioning up and running, this device kept turning off and make a loud sound. Also, it just keeps going offline all the time.😡

I have good internet and my camera is 5 feet from it, yet its always 75% or less on video. The screen shots never catch people usually a persons getting out of the frame by time it snaps. Its spotty and glitches when I try to watch it live. I can not talk through it as it does not work, comes out glitching and you can't understand anything. Not worth the money honestly. Going to get a whole new camera from different company & toss this one.

App was a little temperamental at first getting the camera to scan the patterns and all, but everything eventually connected fine. I'm running 2 cameras and an Outlet all in one app, very convenient, motion detection alerts are very cool. Some people are just ignorant expecting features not even found in components 3x the price of this.

It has a great clear picture. But the only down side is, the audio part. The feed back to the phone has a clicking sound, & when I talk to the person on the camera the sound they hear is broken words & alot of static. I bought 2 cameras thinking it maybe something wrong with the speaker on it, but the other camera has the same problem. So if u want great visual its a good buy, but not for both audio & visual thou.

I have been extremely patient as I bought 8 of these and all 8 experience the same issue; variably restarting themselves throughout the day, and sometimes many times an hour. I have contacted support and filled out the trouble log, but do not receive a call back after leaving messages. The product also claims to work with Google Assistant, but this has not been the case for several months, and they weren't even aware of this until I brought it to their attention. Poor quality and service.

Overall I believe they should receive 5 stars because the video quality is amazing and u have awesome options like facial recognition, playback, motion detection, secure encription n many more. I personally would like there website to be more helpful because not everyone wants to always have to talk to tech support for every question, maybe have a troubleshooting link, idk just a thought. Overal these cameras are terrific!

Love the camera little slow but works. I had to get an upgrade for my phone and now I can't use the app at all my roommate has no problem with it, so I don't think my phone is compatible anymore 😔

I love it. Easy fast set up. Very simple to use. Easy to read and use Smart App. This is a great product. I like the color changes and every thing about this product. If you get it you will probably love it as i do. My only problem is figuring out where to put it lol Thank You JLE

Good app for security but when the app is open my galaxy note 10plus thinks it is in a phone call and my notifications and volumes are badly affected, my alarms only give a light beep due to this and if I try to watch anything on apps like Netflix or YouTube my sound is only on phone speakers. If I fully close the app everything returns to normal would be great if there could be a update to fix this issue

I bought an exterior wifi cam.It won't show video on Google Home, if I'm wrong, show me how...It works fine on my other Android devices. The night vision works great (It looks like a floodlight is on) and the motion sensor is very sensitive (almost 5 houses away 250ft. total). Also...close the App on your phone after use or it will screw up your phone volume, no need to reset it

Well first of all it was extremely difficult to get it to even connect anywhere and then getvit to work with the wifi and not time out second mine does this horrible squealing when I turn on the mic setting or two way talk . Last but not least it says Alexa and assistant and I cannot find or figure out how to use it with my assistant only Alexa and that was at least half the reason I bought it

Great quality. But I have restart my phone after opening the app because it sticks my phone in phone call mode. So any alarms or sound will not be heard. I missed 4 alarms and was late to work because of this issue. Please fix it!!!

Great little camera, but a bit pricey, since I still have to pay for cloud storage & any extras. I will be buying a different camera system & returning this camera, instead of buying a few more for our property, as we'd originally planned. 2 stars for the nice photo quality and ease of setup and use.

Camera keep losing internet have very strong Wi-Fi hard to get the camera to stay connected it doesn't like to stay connected I've always resetting it rebooting it internet is straw-hat plenty of Wi-Fi servers right there it's right by the router and continues to shut itself off does not take pictures when things go buy it just keeps taking pictures of anything out there like every 10 seconds can't stop it

Not much instruction it worked at first. now no matter what I try, it won't connect. Needs more instructions. Each individual camera should come with it's own QR code to connect to. The instruction is vague at best. The way the app says to connect is not what comes up when I follow the instruction. Now only says device is offline. I'm stumped

You all havent fixed a major issue in 3 months pretty dissapointed. You try talking through camera and makes my phone think its a phone call( until i restart it) which is stupid if want to change volumes in other things cause newer phones have volume mixers, and even if i allow limited access to the app it still has problems

Great camera for outdoors or indoors can keep an eye on your vehicles when parked on the street to see if somebody hits your car scratches your car it's the mirror anything you can rewind it pause it play it get the plate number and have proof also shows who and comes and goes from your home and packages get delivered they end up missing you can always play back the day it was delivered to see who took it definitely buying another one much better than the genie brand which is good indoors only

It took forever to get it to actually connect to the camera. And the it constantly losing network & I'm just below the route so it can't be to far away or my service. All of the other 5 wireless cameras from other names work just fine no issues!

Have to reboot phone all the time to switch between cameras. I've been using this app for multiple years now and have had the same issue on multiple phones.

Always going offline. Always chirping. Always turning off. Cant delete the cloud. Poor instructions. Never get any helpful feedback or and answers to the questions I send in!! Really nothing good to say!! I do not recommend the camera at all. Total waste of money!!!
