PremierBank Mobile Banking

Great when it works. Frequently fails to load and the app force quits occasionally when attempting login.

I was having trouble also after the update. It works great after uninstalling and installing again.

Worked fine until the last update. Please fix the app so it actually opens again.

Worked well until I upgraded to a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra. On that phone, the app locks up on an opening splash screen and just sits there. Hopefully this gets fixed soon. (The app still works on my old Note 8, but it needs to work on current flagship phones.)

no issues....updates make it more user friendly. not quite as intuitive as online, but getting therem. most important features available like mobile deposit, bill payment, etc.

When I'm in the USA it works fine but I am currently in Germany and I'm not getting any response from it

Has all the functionality I need. Wish it worked 100% of the time instead of 90%. (Sometimes just won't open and says it encountered an error so I have to open it on a browser.)

Great app !!! Very user friendly and convenient especially for shared accounts where quick transfers are needed.

Does not work with 5G on new android. Hope it is up and running soon.

I moved to northern Wisconsin an Premier bank mobile banking is a really great! No more mailing checks! Fraud department saved me alot of money recently! Keep up the GREAT work!!

Somehow password was changed without consent. On-line deposit ability iften hasn't worked

Since the last upgrade, this app has been great, intuitive and handy to use!!

Works well. Convenient for on the go. Wish I could cash checks through the app tho.

I like using the app just wish I could take a picture of my check rather than having to go to the bank every time

Transfers are a piece of cake. I like instant balance too.!
