Premise - Take Photos Earn Money

Don't waste your time. The app used to be good but now it's useless. Nothing is coming in at all, no surveys tasks etc. Tried to contact their technical support and they were of no help. I'm uninstalling the app because it is completely useless. *Edit* they replied by telling me to contact their support. I've already done this three times! I get fobbed of with a cut and paste answer.

Premise used to be totally awesome. It regularly had price monitoring opportunities for $1 each and surveys for $0.50. News years changed everything. Still have price monitoring but not nearly as consistent and pay was lowered. Surveys went to $0.20 so I don't bother with them anymore. Now, I never get price monitoring ones and I check a lot. I've tried to do some of the $5 but I've never been able to find a single one, and I've gone out 8 or so times.

App is amazing, I haven't tried cashing out yet for I have only been using it for 2 days. The UI is clean but a little slow for me, interactivity is a bit lacking too, sometimes glitchy. Like, the texts would just disappear within the background. I couldn't seem to find the settings to enable the sounds? if there is any. I just think it would be better if you incorporate that since the animations are hands-down pleasing.

The app was a nice side hustle until the last month or so. They have done away with price monitoring which was the only consistent way to make anything. The locating or explore items are virtually impossible to find and if you do the UPC does not match and it was a big waste of your time. Until they return price monitoring to a more consistent basis the app is not worth downloading.

This used to be a good app. Last few months changed everything. Now you barely get a survey and when you do it's after 12am and most of them don't even work, you get a message "we ran into some issues, please try again". It gone worst since last 1 month. When you raise a ticket with customer service you receive a pre text reply which doesn't even answer your question or help with the issue just like the replies over here UPDATE: See what I mean, their reply is exactly same as others

Was ok at first. I was mostly doing the surveys, but at some point I stopped getting those. Even though they were a couple of cents, I preferred the surveys because I could do them when/where ever. With the other tasks, you'd have to go to the stores, find an item, and input some information. I never made it to $10 to cash out (need $10 to cash out with pay pal), so I don't know how accurate the app really is on that part.

Everytime I go to a location and try to start the task it always fails. Tells me that it cannot find my GPS location when it clearly shows where I am on the map, so I know it's not on my end. This is the only app that cannot find me. The customer service is trash also. Always sends me the same automated message about how to fix the issue when I've told the person that I've already tried all of that and they still always send me the same message. This app used to work with my GPS so idk.

The UI is fine but there's one problem. I think I'm having a glitch when I click "Payment" tab. It just randomly crashes everytime.Tried reinstalling but still the same. I hope you fix this soon. 3 stars as of now but will update if this is fixed. Thanks

To everyone that is having problems with the UPC code it's because their UPC codes are WRONG!! I've sent many messages to customer service about it. Because I've found half of the items and searched them in a UPC reader (because UPC doesn't change store to store) and the item has came up. The UPC they provide NONE of them show anything. They all say barcode doesn't exist!!! So it's wasting your time even doing the locate and explore task until they update to the correct UPC for every item!!!!!!

I used to love this app and for a time was regularly making decent money and was always able to cash it out. Somewhere around the New Year some bone head decided to redesign the layout of the app, get rid of the majority of the surveys, which after reading thru other reviews I can see is affecting many. They have messed with the prices they pay out & now, despite living in one of the largest cities in the country, I have rarely found tasks that are worth completing. Don't bother.

This app was great at first. Was doing it as a side hustle but the past month or so I am not getting tasks and if I do they won't save so I can complete them. The past week all I got was an "oops " error. I report the problem and get the same generic messages. It is so frustrating I'm about to delete the app and find something else. 🙄

I do not want to predecide but I can't even check the tasks and other things in the app, because the majority of the text is not visible, it's the same color as the background. For example, if the background is white, the text is white as well, so I can't even read it...... Edit: I did get an answer which was good but the advice given wasn't useful. To add to that, the amount of tasks for my location is too small. Uninstalled.

Stars for whole experience So I began premise a few months back(November of last) and it was amazing. Tons of price monitor items daily, had my pick of the litter. But now, *the need* for price monitoring varies vastly from literal second to second. For almost a week now it's only had 1* locate item, *1 explore item, (you see where I'm going here, lol). This app owes us nothing, we are lucky it exists at all! I do think I'm going to delete it though, it's too much now. Ty so much, A

Loved this app to begin with. There was always plenty to do and much more achievable tasks than other apps like it. Lately the amount of tasks at the stores nearby have gone WAY down and some have become harder to find. The pay system is hugely improved. It's an app in progress but I'm sure when cultivated it will be a gem!

I feel obligated to edit my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. Payout does happen but sometimes takes a week. The tasks were once numerous, available, and well-paying. That has changed. There are occasionally opportunities but it is a shell of what it once was. Maybe in the future, when they have the payout problem fixed and they bring back tasks with decent payouts, I will edit my rating. Used to be 1st app I looked at everyday now it is the last app for side money.

I really loved the flexibility and the earnings from Premise late last fall. I spent a few days wandering around in inclement weather before deciding on occupying my time with other endeavours. I never un-installed the app. But i noticed that the gigs seemed to be getting thin. I was particularly frustrated with the Total Wine (literally across the street), i do not normally imbibe the alcoholic drinks. So i was wandering around the massive selections, totally lostanddisorientated.Got.their.app

Was great until the last few months. There used to be several paid surveys a day but now I'll be lucky to get one a week. Sent inquiries about it and was told theres at least one survey that comes out a day but after that proved to be false I asked again and was told that they're working on it The survey pay also decreased from 25¢ to 20¢. And theyve changed the app so that the layout is now inconvenient to navigate and the tasks are now impossible to complete and not worth the time they take.

For sure a very nice app. They pay right away to PayPal once you've collect $10.00 or more. My only gripe is the amount of available surveys. To have this app really work for you, it would be advisable to do the the tasks put forth by the content managers. But since currently I am unable to get out and move around to different locations as requested, I can only do the very limited amount of surveys.

Reliability and consistency is the key to success in any business. This is a way to earn money on the side but not reliable in any sense even if you invest all the time you have unfortunately. When I downloaded the app first I used to get. a lot of task UpTo date never had my first payout. The Exploration category where you get to visit places does not even cover the resources used to do the job. It's basically impractical to spend money tu do the task and have no returns.

An update came out a few weeks ago that finally fixed the overexposed photos issue. However a new update that came out very recently has a ruined it once again and now my photos come out overexposed and pretty much useless! Additionally, for the last 3 days, I haven't been able to cash out the money I have collected no matter how many times I've tried. Please fix these issues the soonest because the app has become unusable and what's the point of it if we aren't even getting paid in the end...

Really smooth and absolutely fast at cashing out. I applaud them for that however, task in my area is a bit minimal and I want to do more and that's just my concern. Overall very fast at transaction, simple and nice application. Keep up the good work.

the app is really cool if you know how to use it. I'm good at doing easy tasks like taking a picture of a for rent sign or picturing out of stock items but I can never ever find specific items in store even if the store has an app with instore item locators. I wish items had a better description

This used to be useful. At this point it doesn't offer me anything except a rare survey. I used to be able to do price checks that would translate into actual income, even if it wasn't a ton. Now all I get is higher value offers that can't be fulfilled because it's for products the stores don't carry anymore. I'll keep checking for a short time, but my expectations are low.

For the past few months, the apps RAN well, but since it was updated, the recording location is in touble, it tells that the map is in low accuracy, and try to turn on WiFi and so on. So how can i get the survey of the map is in trouble

Like many users, i have also been having issue with the payout issue. It's been 2 weeks plus with cashout error and their customer service mentioned that they are still resolving the payment issues. I have contacted the support team and raised afew tickets but the issues are still not resolved. Users are losing motivation and confidence with this app.

It's the best earning if you're outdoor often. The only tasks available to me are Surveys (0.03€ each) and Locate tasks (approximately 0.20€ each). You can catch one or two surveys per day so it's not worthy to download it if you're not going to go outside and it's not worth that to go out just to complete tasks. But it's sure nice way to earn extra 20-30€ per month for students. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that PayPal cash out is currently a bit buggy. Hope it'll be fixed soon.

Best for side income only .So far the app is legitimate. Fist Cashout was fast. I think it's not the same as other countries though and I've tried many kind of similar app like this but it took too long and time consuming that is way too much to cashout. overall this app is great just give it a try

LOVE this app ! It's legit , tasks for REAL cash! NO ADS! I guess the only thing you can say is more slightly inconvenient than anything, is that the only pay out options are PayPal , Payoneer and coin base ... I use PayPal because that's the only one out of these options that I know the money can be transferred from there , into my bank account and the fact that it takes 24 business hours for the tasks to be reviewed and approved before you get the money, but otherwise , a great app to have !

Changed my data though it isn't working out any more to make it worth while for the next day subjects to get the task fulfilled. Not worth while after the last 25 or so days. Just haven't been able to get into a survey it's been that long. Waited Patiently. Not even 1 survey. So much for a good thing lasting. It did only take about 2 weeks for me to fill the goals to make a cash withdrawal from the limit. And it is a nice handle for me to work up to. The app is worthy. Have a good one here.

Very terrible and unfair experience. The system told me that I used screen capture but the truth is I really captured the photo at that time, I just zoomed to get the photo clear. Also, the system response rate is too slow, very low. Unsatisfied experience.
