Premium Parking App

Just park somewhere else if you possibly can. Not only is the app a POS, these people run a shady, scummy business. They straight up lie about prices until the checkout screen when it's literally double the price. $32.62 for the day in Austin in an empty lot. I parked across the street the next 2 days for $10.45. I wish I could give a 0 or negative star rating.

solid app. navigation could be streamlined and the UI is a bit dated. go ahead and switch to Jetpack Compose I'd you are running native.

After reading many reviews of the upcharges and difficulties with CS, I'm glad I did not use it when I first discovered it at a lot in Lakeland, Florida. Uninstalling before I get charged for just having the app.

This app automatically turns the flash on when trying to scan a credit card. My credit card is silver! It can't see the numbers! I turned it off manually and it just kept coming back on. Hell I'm already PO'd due to paying for an expensive hotel and then also having to pay to park. The parking lot is half empty. It's not like it's a space problem.

This App is not user friendly and the first time using it, I got a parking ticket for $120 after my information was already in the system and I was paying $25 for 2 hours of parking. I got a notification while parked to confirm I was still parked so I thought everything was fine. Just a little over 2 hours of being parked, I come back to a boot on my vehicle which inconvenienced everyone in our trip for having to wait for someone to come take it off. Definitely would not recommend!

So Far so good. The only downside to it is when you Enter your Email Address it says that the Email is invalid. And when you pay for the parking spot you can't see the price.

Might be good for someone that actually has to park downtown regularly and has time to figure it out. Was late for jury duty because it wouldn't let me pay for my spot. Apparently it doesn't recognize Kawasaki as a vehicle make or motorcycle as a vehicle type. Was willing to pay for the premium spot but had to go park elsewhere because of this app.

easy way to park in town without feeding a meter cash or worrying about a card scammer on the parking meters. app lets you add multiple cars which i find super convenient, and i love that it notifies me when my parking time is almost up and has the option to add more time without having to run back to feed a meter.

My vehicle was towed because they cancelled my monthly parking subsciption without notice. I parked my vehicle at the parking lot the day before my vehicle was towed; there were no posted notices about the lot closing. Literally three days earlier I received a confirmation email that my subscription would be renewed. Do not trust parking managed by this company.

I downloaded the app, entered my payment information, and "paid" for an annual pass to the OSP. I was fined anyway. The payment apparently never went through, and they refuse to void the fine even though the app is not working properly to process payment. Seems like a scam to make more money.

Quite an efficient way to manage parking. Props to whoever came up with the concept, I can see this becoming standardized and implemented in many ways. Can I work for you? I've not much experience in any field but I'm sharp and I learn quickly.. lmk. Great app though

easy app to use especially since I live across the street from the parking lot and there's not a lot of parking on the street. with having the app and it knowing my tag number and saving my information I don't even need to be there to pay for it. a lot of times I'm already at work when it's time to start being charged oh, I'm able to just hit a button and pay

Great in getting an available parking spot, if you can't find one on the streets. DO NOT let your time expire. They will boot your tire and charge a crazy fee within minutes.... regardless if there are a dozen open spots in lot. Would rather get a parking ticket for letting the street metter expire.

We have 3 cars and bought two annual passes due to have two boats. The app will not show which vehicle is showing to be active and oh the instruction indicating to look at the activity is not here it shows on my phone as history and not able to switch out....soooooo!!!???

Very easy to use and recognizable sinage. Just be aware that the whole lot can be reserved on certain days and times. It's frustrating to get to the lot and be turned away.

I accidently confirmed payment and they didn't refund even I filled out request refund form for it. I got response that we DON'T REFUND ANY REASON MATTERS. And why u have this request refund form????

Downloaded app to pay to park in New Orleans. App asks to enter your phone number then a password and then says "incorrect login credentials". There is no icon or link to create an account. Extremely bad UI/UX.

I haven't used app yet, but I got free 1-hr parking at P2314 online in the morning, 9:50 am, returning 4+ hours later, only to have the system charge $2.25 for the 1-hr FREE parking option at 2:30 pm. I can't access a telephone number to question this un-parking metter-like behavior! Looks like racketeering case for the local D.A.

I only used the app once. I paid $18 for prepaid parking for the following day. When I showed up, lot was full. I tried calling the contact number, and got no answer. Thank goodness someone happened to leave while I was waiting.

The app is difficult to use I never know, if my time is started.and am unable to find directions any where in the app, and also my last subscription won't expire till 8/21 and I had to renew it in order to park this week at a state park, so know I have 2 passes.

I overplayed for parking meant to pay for 5 hours and accidentally paid for 8. $30!! they denied my refund request claiming that 5 hrs and 8 hrs is the same price! that's insane! way too much money! Unhelpful refund process. I will never use this app or parking again. DON'T USE THIS APP FOR PARKING!!

I just used this app for the first time. Paid a nice piece of change for extended parking but after several requests they still haven't emailed me a receipt.

Mostly good. App doesn't explain errors well.

Absolutely awesome app!! The ease of use makes it so easy to park. I would recommend this app to anyone who needs to find parking. I really like how the app has so many search features. Nothing like it out there!!
