This is the worst app i struggled lot after payment made. from bank amount has deducted but payment shows failed. finally i failed to pay through this app. no use and dont use.
Very Bad Experience with this app. Firstly it takes plenty of time to open. When I reinstalled it the app couldn’t identify my policy number & User ID.
Make your app more comfortable to users for payment by providing only Policy number, Details for that policy will show on the screen so a user can easily pay the premium and will also help in digitalization.
Easy to pay but not getting receipt/confirmation in all dealings. Receipt of payment needs to confirm.
Very easy system. But some time not send , payment receipts. Please take care.& I CAN SAVE,PETROL & time.. Long live LIC OF INDIA.
I have made online payment on 12/09/2019 through this app but not able to see transaction status..
Not supporting payment option, we customers have to face alot of problems with the app.
Worst app. Money got debited from my account but it's showing no payment done.
Very very poor use less application. Unable to use it. Or transfer funds

Bad experience as payment can be made by using policy holder cards, such as head of family card is not accepting.
