Unable to open the application. Click on forgot password and it will just be rolling
I am unable to register despite several attempts and there is no one to assist. I filled all the required fields but the application always find one fault or another and I kept on repeating without any success. Its unfortunate.
Can't login Ever since last month (January) I sent a mail for my retirement and they have me a form to fill which I have also done that and I received a message after I have filled the form online and they said they will get back to me and ever since then, I haven't heard from them since middle of last month, and I was so surprised that I can't login into my account on the app and even on website
I can't be able to view my savings, it's just blank and it will be saying operation not allowed.
I have issues registering after downloading the app. it says duplicate agent pin or phone no not allowed. I need help.
Premium Pensions is not ready for this app business. Efforts to install proved unsuccessful as it keeps telling me that my email address is incorrect. Even my second email address was regarded incorrect and could not install the app. Of what use is it therefore. Just to whet one's appetite when they are not ready to serve members
This App is one of a kind . I used it to check my account and also to generate my statement, send to my email for printing if I need the hard copy .I can also use it to update my bio - date, change of phone no etc. It is really a great experience .
I have both creative and negative criticism. # the app is good # i can't access my statement of account. Please the technical team should please review it, the area where im supposed to enter period i want the statement from ---date to ---date, after applying my desired date it doesnt effect changes but keeps showing me the date of the day. Secondly my money is not complete.
Rubbish! Very unserious people! After collecting your pension for four months, they will drop just one month! After calling and calling without fixing it, they will refer you to this scrap! Get serious please! No star for something that is not working at all!
I thought I would be earning free data but I ended up losing the little I have ðŸ˜ðŸ˜.. I couldn't even register ontop my own data.. I don't care if the glitch is fixable or not, just refund my data and I'll rate you 5 star..
No zero star. Waste of data. Logged in buh page's just dormant. Interface isn't great at all. Can't access anything. Uninstalling right away.
Good app, please add biometric login feature for faster and easier login, not every time entering password. Thanks.
Now I'm getting Premium Experience with this App! Once I've gotten my login details right, all my request are done seamlessly. User friendly interface with updated information. Keep it up!

Please help me errase the particulars I used in installing and operating the App, so I should be able to re register with the ones that I can remember easily. Because uptill now I couldn't remember the User name and the Password I used. Please kindly help me out.
My experience with this app is excellent. Easy to access, and features are easy to understand.
Very good app and easy to use. But there are little the things that are not working that need to be activated. The personal contribution part is not working.
This premium pension app has not been working since yesterday. You guys stop sending sms messages. What is happening. You guys should not play with our money
I can't rate this app more than 1% or 1 star. I have downloaded the app for close to a year but I have been having difficulties to log in. I would want to receive a quick feed back from the developer. Thank you.
I have been trying to log in after registering but it is giving me invalid username. I have gone to yout mini branch at onr of the banks but nothing had been done.
This is a great App that works with ease. It is really a superb experience using it. Quite interesting indeed.👌
Very simple to use in an understandable way in the sense that everything is well arranged for clarification.

Really frustrating that I can't log in to my account ....it keeps sending error message of invalid username of which that's the username I have been using.
Duplicate phone number or agent code or staff code or RSA pin not allowed and all the details I entered are correct and valid. Please what does this mean, because it keeps popping up and I can't register my details, please I need your response asap. Thanks
After downloading the application and successfull activation through my email, I was unable to login to the App. In keep on showing me invalid pin and RSA pin doesn't exist.. Why????
