The app is getting more and more buggy by the day. Now it showing the wrong names for recent transfers and also showing loads of duplicates. Whoever runs the service hasn't done anything to improve it or keep it working properly for the past year or more and I've been a customer for about 5 years so I remember when they were still innovating

Click the code to authorise, allow access in browser, and then.... Nothing? The app presents a new code to authorise upon opening every time.

Paid for 3 months, haven't been able to use it once, now I can't even log in. Customer service? What customer service? Received a on line response to my complaint, without the benefit of them identifying themselves. Severely disappointed.

Was the best, now the slowest with unresponsive customer service. Real-debrid, pyload, premium.to, superloading all beat this expensive service by miles.

Can't upload, nothing happens. I go to upload the file I want to upload, select the file and confirm. After 30 seconds it says uploading but nothing happens..... App simply does not work and the uploading is one of the main reasons for getting the service. I doubt I'll be renewing my subscription unless fixed, which I doubt it will ve!

Flawless except 2 things: the app actually accept username (besides email) during login process; I couldn't exit the app via back button on my phone nor there is an exit method available on the app. Overall, I enjoy using the app as much as on my computer. Well done and please keep improving it. Edit: I use my username to login even though the login screen asked for email.

Easy to use, never have any issues downloading. Seems to always work the way I need it to. The exact thing you want from an app. It does what it says and doesn't bug you all the time.

I love offline mode! I travel frequently by plane for work, and I appreciate having the ability download my files so I can watch my shows or movies inflight.

Please give an option we can play audio (mp3) in premiumize app, instead of downloading it just like the videos.

Seriously an easy and amazing experience. For me this is a no brainer to get this service and have access to the cloud. So glad I switched to premiumize.

It doesn't even load, just stays on start screen, edit. I clear all data and relaunched app, it worked. Thanks

Great app which works well for managing your library and streaming. Feels quick and lightweight to use. As per developer reply they have fixed all my nit picky issues with the app. 5/5

Great update. I wish it would had landscape mode for tablets like the old one. I gotta flip my tablet to use it which is annoying.

*Edit Google login has been fixed. App is now working as advertised. Thanks to the developers for fixing the issue. This app is very useful.

Was working great but latest version (2.9.0) force closes all the time, I have to clear cache each time to avoid this.

Works as intended. Service is great and my video library is filling out nicely.

I'm unable to download files offline. I get a FileSystemException errno 1 (actual error is longer). I am on Android 12. Can this be fixed?

Could be better. I was hoping I could use the app to switch servers. Maybe that could be added in a later update? Otherwise it works OK.

Works great. No complaints. Good way to store files online and have easy access to them from anywhere.

I can never login. Only ever shows the pairing code screen and redirects me via browser even after it's been paired

Unable to use application. Won't stop loading the pairing code. Even after I have paired 3 times.

Such a perfect and convenient way to manage my cloud. Couldn't be without it now!
