I have used - All net flat + data pack service for more than 3 years with Premium Sim at a constant reasonable price. Had no complaints whatsoever and received a good service.
They offer service only in German. No other language. Not even in website!! Kind of irritating all the time!! switching back to other network...
It's not like an android app. It's loading webpage in this app. Don't ask login every time. We don't have any option to change language to English. Please enable English.
This all rubbish, they told me if I buy SIM card and i use this app I can buy the phone with instalments of 6 to 24 months after buy SIM card I choice one phone with 6 instalments and they didn't give me because the phone is expensive, so I tried to buy the cheaper phone but they close the shop for next six months and they said on til Finish the instalments of another phone you can't take new phone!!!!!!!! I was surprised because the didn't sale me the first phone so how they can tell me to wait on til Finish the instalments of another phone, even they said I am lucky because if I choice 24 instalments even they don't give phone I have to wait for 24 months before I can buy another mobile phone, also they give me 6 gigabit of the internet but I have seen its finish quickly so I tested the internet of SIM card with one of my friend who knows computer very good and we understand one gigabit of their Internet is only 600 megabit of normal internet and this is the reason that their Internet is cheaper than another company
Better avoid this premiumsim. Just they loot the money unnecessarily. You will get extra charges even if you don't use extra services or use the sim outside of Germany
Don't Buy/Use, Worst service. I didn't received any sim card Since last 2 Months, only FALSE promises on service center. They started CHARGES even without giving Sim Card.
Monthly bill should be able to see within app without downloading the file.
This is an app and a service which is very unexpected to see in the 21st century even in Germany.

What to say about company when they can`t deliver ONE sim card to you address for month and a half, but bills come precise on time?

Roaming not possible with this provider.
It's just the webpage! Seriously who needs this? I miss info about data usage in roaming.
The app keeps ogging me out and everytime I open ot I have to enter the credentials to log in again. Thatsy quite frustrating.
