Worse than bad. Sometimes loads, sometimes nothing. ATMs near me crashes the app. Sometimes durring login, the screen is stuck on loading screen, but you can interact with text inputs and buttons on the login page. At this point using the website is faster, easier, and more reliable than this. Honestly never seen an app with worse programming. Wish I could give it a zero and slap the programmer in the face with a hammer.

Just downloaded the app. ATM locator non-functioning. Back out of that feature and a pop up displays that the app has stopped working entirely and have to reopen the app itself. Bugs, glitches, intrusive ads, etc...seem to be the norm nowadays. As long as the money flows? Developers could care LESS if it works properly or not. The days of taking pride in, or a job well done is becoming more and more obsolete. I, for one, refuse to contribute to that mind set. Uninstalling immediately.

I haven't had too many problems with the app. However, they definitely need to come up with a different solution if you try to use your card but keep getting the decline notice because you forgot your security code on the back. They will straight up lock that sucker down, which is good that they're looking out for your account..... but it takes a good hot minute to get it taken care of til you can have access to your funds.

The app almost never works, it stays stuck on a loading screen with no way of actually telling if it is loading anything. No matter how many times its uninstalled and reinstalled. there's no point in checking the 'rememer this device ' box because the app WILL NEVER remember your device and always asks for an email verification number. Other that that I appreciate that it doesn't charge for bank transfers .

I love the features this app provides and I was happy biometrics were included for the last update. But unfortunately ever since it's been added the app crashes when I log in, whether it's through password or my fingerprint, and I have been able to access my account at all. I've tried clearing the data and cache but with no luck.

This is app is very handy and easy to navigate but every time, and I mean EVERY TIME, there's a new update, the app crashes and doesn't let you log in for awhile, so you have to do things over the phone or through the website. It's inconvenient, but the process is still as easy as using the app. I really wish they would do something to prevent the log-in crashes from happening because it is very annoying.

Doesn't work when I am trying to go to change my ID Username it doesn't download correctly and it keeps freezing on me what's the point having a card and when you need help it doesn't go through the people agency to help you at all you can hear ringing but doesn't answer I hate when people don't answer quick there phone . There's no point people have phones if they don't answer quick . Please fix it before I remove this app. Thank you for your time.

This app is put together poorly to say the least there are options in place I've tried use but they do not function, for instance I've tried to transfer money from my card to a recipient's card and it always says that I'm not putting in a valid 16 didget card number to transfer the funds, too, however, when I use a different app to do the exact same function it works just fine, that's just one of the apps problems. Basically it needs a complete overhaul imo.

Even though at times customer service can be slow over phone, being able to automatically transfer money in the a savings balance or checking your balance on a card(s) I feel has never been easier. I wouldn't have this as a permanent bank for my money though. The app is very easy to navigate through.

I used the routing and account numbers to make two payments on my credit card and the money transfers did not show up on my online or paper bank statement. The transfers did not go through successfully on my credit account, so even though CreditOne should owe me 130 dollars my card was canceled because my statement lacked proof of the transactions. When I called all the employee could tell me was exactly the same as what was depicted on my statement.

Does what its supposed to do and works good and is simple to use. I like all the fun things you can do, like, check your balance and transfer money to and fro you savings account. And its even got 4 really cool buttons you can press to go to different sections off the app... this app goes above and beyond the normal apps by doing both what it's meant to do while also being outrageously fun. 2 👍🏻up, way up!!-Ebert

Works well enough, I'm able to check my balance and transfer money between my checking and savings pretty easily. Only down side is occasionally it will force me to sign out and won't let me sign back in for awhile. But otherwise a solid banking app

Good app. Got this card from my job. The company that issues the cards and deposits money ect (the people that own this app) have a decent company. Haven't had any issues other than trying to transfer money out of this account to another, however that may be the other accounts that are making it impossible but it's hard to tell.

The first time I downloaded this app it worked perfectly fine but now the app has crashing on me multiple time. I can't seem to able to login in even though I typed my user and password right. I thought maybe I should refresh the app so it would work but it didn't seem to work. Please fix it I really need to see how much I'm getting payed.

I made a purchase but it is stuck on pending, the purchase what a game for a friend of mine on steam, please send this through, other than this there really isn't a problem with the app, it's easy to use and keep up with where everything's going.

I have used this app since I got my first card. It's been on every phone, tablet and computer I've owned. It's super simple to use. I really like the latest update. I'm glad you can finally see your password before you enter. So easy to press the wrong letter or number for the password on phones. The app would take forever to let you try again if you made a mistake. But that's been the only problem I've ever had with the app. It's been at least 7yrs.

The app works great, but the issue that I run into is when I press the square button to display all open apps on Android Lollipop, the app closes itself automatically. My phone is the LG G8 ThinQ if that helps any.

honestly the worst card app I've ever had, I'm constantly getting locked out of it for some reason because of my password (a remember me function would be nice). the way it processes the payment is weird and hard to understand. the customer service line to get help is HOPELESS. I've been on hold for over 2 hours twice in the same day and I still haven't spoken to anyone so I can fix this. I would rate this 0 stars if I could

The app does exactly what it needs to do. I can check everything you'd expect to be able to. From checking your balance to seeing how much you've spent and where you spent it. The app even allows you to use your fingerprint to sign in which I like because I can never remember my passwords for anything.

Feels a little ancient - the user interface is a little frustrating and it takes forever for transfers to go through. Things are just a little clunky. Would be nice if it felt like they updated the app within the last 10 years.

4 stars because getting started was difficult and I ended up not even having an account started for months. But once that worked out the apps worked wonderfully! I havent had any issues. Everything is easy access and simplified to be easily understood.

There needs to be an option to transfer 10% of every deposit to a savings account. There should also be an option to round each purchase up to even dollar amounts, transferring those "cents" to savings automatically. User should have power to turn these options on/off through app.

So. Many. Issues. The remember login doesn't work, when you make a purchase it doesn't tell you the details of what was bought just where and when. There's plenty of easy things to fix or change. Update as of AUG 11 2020. They've updated some features, which is good. But what's still unfortunate is that they don't give a description of what was bought. It's not as glitchy and it operates smoother, so good job on that.

It will not load up. Keeps saying 'some error occured please try again' every time I try to open it. I restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and its still saying theres 'some error'. If I didnt have text notifications set up id have no way of knowing my balance. This is unacceptable.

App not working on Samsung S6. it used to work, then about a month ago, nada, it just stays on the splash screen when trying to open. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, cleared cache, etc. it's the only app on my phone that doesn't work.

It seems pretty easy just only wish that since it is a employer pay card that it would have access to the pay stub information instead of going to another website. Other than that at first glance as I just got into it the security seems pretty tight to get into basic information like changing your pin and changing different things that may need to be changed so in that case I'd rank in a five as far as being secure on their side of changing things around so with tight security is good

I would give this app a higher rating if it worked all the time but it doesn't! Every time there's an update this app won't work! It currently keeps crashing everytime tough try and open it. It's ridiculous! When it is working properly it's great, just not consistent.

It would be nice if it wouldn't close when I tried to go look at the email it sends everytime I log on. I'm on my phone. So, I put in the password and it'll send me a security code email. Well, I have to leave the app to look at the email. When I return, I have to open the app again and re-enter the password. It's time consuming and very irritating.

Love this app! Easy to use, great for saving money, no worries of your savings being spent if you don't have enough in main account. And you can always check your balance and get an email and/or text alerts as soon as money is withdrawn or spent from your account.
