This app stops working every few months with error connecting to server message. Works ok most of the time then it stops. Uninstalling/installing doesn't help. Setting bday is also a royal pain. Now I have to wait a few months or so. Tech support is non existent too!
If I could give a zero stars I would. When I finally get to the end of putting in all my information (about 4 diff pages worth), it says that my username is already taken. Only to do it over from the beginning about 20 times! And I don't need a reply from the creators of this app saying that maybe I already have an account online and to email them the last 4 digits of my card etc. Like they are saying to everyone else. Because I'm not doing that. I'm uninstalling this worthless "app".
No easy way to find an original username. You have to reinput all personal information each time that you try. Also, unable to add another card or delete the original one in order to add a new card. Very frustrating.
Completely ridiculous. Tried to sign up, used five or six different usernames and taken through two pages asking for personal information and security questions only to be told each time that the username I chose is already in use. Really? My full name and year I was born is already in use? I'd say this is a terrible app but I can't even create an account to use it. Zero stars.
When trying to register a new account it says 'username already taken', I've tried like 20 times now with the most random usernames ever and it still won't work. There's no way these usernames I've tried are already taken. What's the point in using this card if the app doesn't work... Garbage.
Every time I try to log in it says somebody else has that username. So I made up a whole bunch of letters and numbers and it still said somebody has that username. So I don't know if somebody's phishing or what's going on but it dosen't work
this app is worthless. I've had the prepaid card for years but the app hasn't worked in almost a year. I give up. will be getting prepaid Wal-Mart card. what a waste of time ...
Been awhile but I uninstalled it pretty quick. As I recall it was very bad and there were other apps to access the same info.
This app is BS! Cant seem to log in over half of the time, never recognizes my password, or username. Dont waste your time.
I've only just downloaded it and am very frustrated. it asks for a user name, OK fine. I put one in then allllll this personal info only to tell me the user name is in use and I have to go change it. OK fine, I go back and change it. I then have to reput all that info back in to tell me that user name was also in use. I have tried 10 times, the last user name I tried was: kayoshaxelbabyaugie - it told me THAT user name was in use.
Have used this app no problem till recently. I can't even get it to let me to a part to enter my pin or password
NEEDS MAJOR WORK. Have had to reinstall a few times just because it thinks I have no card or even an account.
Trash app! Locked me out of account. Had to call to have my account unlocked and have my passwork reset.
Can't even log in with the same password I use on the website.
Dont bother with the app its as useless as their cards, seriously its like they really dont care about their customers

App unusable for me.. Constant error occurred connecting to server. Have u installed and reinstalled just to get same message.
I now get a "server response error" on any network when I try to login. The app used to work, but now it doesn't. I have to use a browser now to check my balance now.
For some reason I was forced to upgrade the app it keeps saying user does not exist when I try to create new user it says user already exists!!
The app said I had to switch to the "updated version" .....what a mess! App doesn't work, won't recognize any of the information I put in, won't let me reset my password....COMPLETELY WORTHLESS! These glitches need to be fixed ASAP. Can't get into my account online at all. If I could give negative stars I would. Not even deserving of 1 star.
It will not even let me log in
I didn't even want to give it one star that should say enough lol. 😁 The programming software doesn't accept information properly or lags in receiving information. I add all my account information and did it properly. Basically it goes into what I call a program loop where you put in the right information but the program just loops back around and does'nt accept the right information. It loop's and doesn't let the user enter into the main site when they have put in the proper information.
