Cannot view remaining time while parked you have to math everything up on your own which is a bit inconvenient it does work though I just switched because my other log will company closed down I'm not sure if I'm going to keep this yet it's difficult to use and it stops showing how much time you've used if the Bluetooth happens to disconnect while you're driving so then while you're driving your stuck fighting it so you can see what is left which you shouldn't have to do while moving
Don't go with this ELD. We have had problem after problem since day one we have 3 trucks and are still having issues plus tech support is very rude and not helpful or will to help fix the issues. They say they will call back and you never get a call back and tier one is the only ones I have ever gotten to talk to because I ask about going higher and they won't let you. JUST KEEP LOOKUNG FOR SOMETHUNG ELSE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY
Won't stay connected to truck. Have tried in two different trucks with two different phones and is always disconnected. Not user friendly. Would recommend using anything other eld over this one.
fail to work properly/ this sucks not working. spent 1 hour on the phone last week with customer support. Worked fine for one week, and again fail. has log out by itself 3 Times today. This application will eventually get me or the company in trouble with the DOT. I hope, it does not mess up my CDL getting a log violation ticket.
Solution for most problems Syncronize app. Uninstall app Install app Syncronize again. Pluss.. this app requires a dedicated device to work properly. Needs to be open in front screen at all time. Your personal phone just don't cut it. Hope this help.
The app downloaded in seconds. And trucking logbook was a great process all around. Extremely easy to use and has a exactly result. Love it so much
this app keeps crashing. used for 1 year it has wasted hours of my time. need a phone or tablet in programmed by you. I used iPhone 7+ android tablet and android galaxy s7 still it. rashes on all deviced. if the fed DOT wants elogs why don't they provide them.
keeptrucking gives you the option of a driving threshhold from 5-15 mph until it starts recording as driving.Useful when driving on truckstops....a little bit more expensive, but worth it. Change the threshhold, and i will switch.

Several elements of ELD do not function properly. PrePass do not care of fixing it, yet asking to review the ELD APP. No updates as well

This app is nothing but problems. Logins are unsuccessful, it keeps cutting driving remaining hours, the app crushes all the time. Driver had to continue the trip with paper log cause he was unable to login and use the app. I'm canceling the service asap. Very disappointed with this app. I was expecting a great app since prepass works very good at the scales.
