I was excited to get Prepass. I got the transponder and installed it. It works fine. At first I got a green light on every closed weigh station. And a red one on all open stations. Not much help. Then after a couple days it started working like it should. I guess it took a couple days for it to be recognized in the magic system. But this review is about the Motion app. That thing does nothing. I start the app it authenticates, says start trip... Then does nothing for the entire trip.
Absolutely useless app and waste of their money. I called 1800prepass and even the rep would not know how it works. They said "it works along with your device" ?!? Not to mention you have to be at least 30min on hold to get to talk to them so they can set you up with a totally random password to use app that does NOTHING. It just shows "driving mode" sign and when approach weigh station changes picture with a yellow sign with "0 miles" on screen...wow! There goes your time and money uninstalled!
Had this app for a couple months now, it won't even wait until I get to the screening area before it tells me to follow the road signs,, haven't even gotten a pass when empty, it doesn't work
App does nothing always comes up yellow and says follow in cab transponder. I got the app because I can't always see the lights on the transponder.
This app seems to be completely useless. My PrePass account and transponder are active, my vehicle shows in the app, I have the vehicle selected, yet when I enter "Driving Mode," NOTHING ever happens, and there's no Last Decision history! I've called PrePass repeatedly about this issue, and all I get is the run-around! Nothing but excuses and flat-out lies. I'm going to cancel and go back to Drivewyze, which is truly a MOBILE-FIRST solution.
App does not function, at all. Doesn't even recognize my username and password. After password reset it still rejects login. Might even suspect this is a completely fake fraud app set up to phish for usernames and passwords.
Unreliable! App constantly logs me out and need to log in again. App/system battery saving features are off all notifications are on. Save username and password option would be helpful as well!
I would love to give your service a try, unfortunately every time I try to call to sign up I get hung up on. So far this has happened 3 times. Also, a lot of the 5 star reviews for this app appear to be fake. Lots of positive reviews posted 7/4/19 that all sound alike. Seems fishy. I will give DriveWyze my business instead. Thanks but no thanks.
Doesn't work at all. Got my username and password set up but the app doesn't recognize my username. I can log in on a PC just fine. Drove today and all I got were red lights. So far, this is a waste of time. Took over an hour of waiting on the phone just to get my account number to set up my account online. Good grief....
This app is the best I've ever used. I can avoid the dangerous lane changes, long lines, and traffic merges associated with weigh stations
I have tried to use my user info that I have already set up on my computer & it won't recognize it. I don't need a new account. I needed it to monitor my account. Guess I'll just have to do that from home.
too complicated!!! need to contact to start using! Drivewyze is much easier to setup!! to reply here... i will not call to explain that i cant easily get thia to work like it is possible with competitor app! sorry!!
Bad customer service.I installed app,but,it wouldnt accept username and password.I called number,couldnt get thru to a person,spent a lot of time listening to an annoying promo.
I used this app before, and nothing ever happened, now I downloaded it again to see, if any changes have been made to make it work......let's see.....
So far, so good. Only problem is I can't put my truck picture on. The manual tells me it will be in the three dot drop down menu, and it is not there.
This is a great app. Saves time, money and aggravation. This app helps me decrease weigh station stress and hassles.
Very easy to use and customer service is quite good. Works well on my mobile. I would recommend for all drivers

App is useless. I called customer service 3-4 times and never got an answer
everytime when i tried to sign in telling me wrong user id or password, i tried to call , after long hold could't catch c/s.
Can't login at all.
it keeps telling me wrong user name/pass when i know it aint, plus take too long on answering phone smh👎 i need help on retrieving toll pdf by truck # or license plate.
This app has many benefits for me. Reduce costly expenses, including idling time and fuel usage.

Is there any cost to use this app? Drivewyze has been out longer than this app, but I know they charge after 30days. I'm hoping this app is better, will be testing soon.
Whats the point of an app when you need the transponder? im confused. Seems senseless to me. Drivewyze works great as is. Prepass needs to do the same. Can someone help me on this one?
