The app works just fine. I have a beef with how the figures come up. They should be smaller and then allow a zoom in. It could also just be a nicer app to look at. Anyway, if you learn all of the questions here, you will pass the writtens. Like 80% of the questions are word for word from here. You get in the 90s on your practice tests, you'll pass the real one. Cool? Cool.
great app, must have for testing a&p. The only thing to improve, would be the ability to mark questions in study mode and then added to a separate pool to work on. Mainly for the purpose of getting those problem questions down asap.
I really enjoy these and they are a good help. But I wont give it 5 starts until it gets an update so I could choose multiple subjects to take at once or test all the questions at once like you can with apple or on a laptop.
The App needs to be updated. I almost passed on the first try but got stumped by questions I've never seen before 😠. Update: I barley passed with a %70. Same BS as before, they test you on questions that are not included in the current prepware. I'd pay more for an updated version if it were available.
The questions and content of the app are spot on with Test Study Guides and other practice literature. However, my app stopped highlight right(green) and wrong(red) answers. In some cases it is difficult to know if your answers are correct based off of the application's explanation.
Excellent to help you get your airframe license. I got mine. The study and test are excellent. Statistics for scoring are a great help.Zero adds.
Great for studying when it works, about 10 times now I've answered all the 100 questions in test mode and every damn time it crashes so its like I've done nothing to study for my tests.... hope I dont fail 🤙
Great app but needs updated. There have been several questions that have the wrong answer when compared to the source material. There needs to be a way to mark questions that need fixed.
I used it to study for the written last week. I got 87 out of 100. Understand the way the systems work and using this study tool helped me pass.
I passed my test but approx 20 percent of the questions I saw I did not see here. I would Also like to suggest an addition to the app. A link allowing the user to decide if a question missed needs further review. The user should be able to add/ remove a missed question to a group of questions for that purpose. This would save a lot of wasted time reviewing all known questions.
These are pretty much word for word of what the actual written test is. ASA is the BEST source for passing your written test.
Matches the written pretty well. But getting the manuals give more detail
I need help app developer when I study, the answers dont show colors. (Red for wrong green for rigth ) So I dont know what the rigth answer is. Please help
I used this app to pass my test. Never opened my 8083 once to study and passed my test.
About 90 percent of the airframe written test questions are covered in this app. Definately would recommend to aspiring A/P mechanics.
I found a mistake on Chapter "Position and Warning Systems" Figure 20 Landing gear circuit. Wrong letter for Amber light (letter "G" instead of "A")
Its really great way to learn while your on the pooper.
Passed my Airframe written using JUST this App!! I cant recomend it enough.
This was super helpful to pass my exam. I scored 83% in the real test.
4 now stars now because it doesnt have composite structures as in their own section
Question 8138-1 in the sheet metal section, it's different than in the ASA airframe study guide book.
I dont know why 14.7psia. Is not the same as 29.92hg. Warning
It needs to be update.. there are lots of questions they asked that are not even here..
Simple to use
Great way to study on the go!
hi i purchsed this app but it does not download to my laptop what can i do please?
Needs to be updated.
This app helped me alot.
Great app but it isn't 100% up to date. When I took my airframe test I noticed between 10-20 questions that were on the test that weren't available to study in this app. that said, if you can consistently get between 80-90% on the in app test you'll be able to make educated guesses on the real test and will pass. I also agree that separating problem questions into a separate testing section would be very useful.
