This app is inaccessible. I just downloaded this app, despite the reviews that said it didn't allow logins. I thought maybe it had been updated and fixed since those reviews. No. It has not. The app doesn't recognize my username and password.
The username and password that allows me to access via chrome does not work with the app. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it multiple times and it doesn't work. This is not useful at all.
It won't let me in at all. It won't even let me start over to do a new account/username and password. If they're going to have this, they need to make it to where we actually get in and check everything. Very disappointed!
everyone should have at their fingertips and copies of their health charts especially if you have chronic health conditions it is so important nowadays doctors are so overbooked and you wait months and months for an appointment a lot of the times they'll miss things that you might catch happened to me several times with blood work that the doctor didn't notice.
I am using my password and user ID correctly, I cannot get into my chart with Presbyterian with this app, it does not allow me to get in.
Can't even log in, so back to using google chrome to access Presbyterian.
I have downloaded this app twice. I cannot get it to load. Don't know the problem.
Doesnt work over 4g network. Keeps saying there is no internet.
I created an account but when I go to log in it says not valid or not in system.
Cant log in. Tells me that my lig in info is wrong. Going back to web log in.
Can't sign up for the plan. I currently have Presbyterian Health Insurance since January 1, 2021. But there is no way to sign up.
Tells you to login but doesn't give you the option to create an account. How do you login?????????

Won't log in.
I am not able to log in to the app using the same user name and password that work on my desktop machine. I changed the password on my Presbyterian account and that did not fix the issue. I then uninstalled and installed the app again same problem. I am using a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 and the problem existed with both Android 11 and 12. This has been a problem for me for months and I have only just tried to fix it. Is there a known fix or update available?
