Love it! I have use this to watch the puppies and is the best for me. I also had it for the house too, I had it against the window with the camera pointing to the backyard and it records. Other people had issues with the internet, but I got the wifi expander and has not crashed since. I recommend this to friends and family. Not everything is perfect, but this app makes a difference for what I need at the moment.
Good enough app using it on my network. Why 3 stars. It's slow, hard to switch on, at least 3 times a day I get a server error message. When it works it's banging sadly it's hard work getting there.
very clunky user interface. I cannot find any way to switch from camera to viewer mode. Every time you add a device it's automatically put into camera mode and there's no way to switch it to viewer. This app is not user-friendly at all and very poorly thought-out. Go with Alfred
It's amazing when it works. It's just a shame it doesn't always work, making it unreliable and therefore unfit for purpose as a home security system for peace of mind. Camera phones keep turning off without explanation. frustrating. Customer care is very good though.
Total garbage. It seems like they still haven't fixed all the issues. How can you feel safe when buying a security system that's flaky? The app crashes all the time, the app notifies you of entry whenever it feels like it. Pure garbage.
Brilliant idea - but the app is temperamental to say the least (had to set motion detection to tiny to pick up test walkthrough of my). Also can't view recorded video in library - won't play in app or any other app via email. Makes it pretty useless.
great app(when it works). ive had signal drops more then video feeds. ive reset the phone, ive hooked it up to wifi signals inches away from phone, and yet nothing changes. i really liked it when it 1st came out years ago. seems these issues continue
I have founds this app great, I use it to keep an eye on my dogs. the quality when watching live isn't great, but the movement activated videos are very clear and for a free app that doesn't require any extra equipment, I'm very happy with it.
For my experience is just great great great. To many complaint for something that is free. Be greatful not mean. Obviously the developer will improve video quality, but in the meantime just enjoy it. I use this app to watch around the house and is amazing!!!!! Thank you developer.
app records video as expected based on movement but even with perfect signal only one video per day actually is viewable. only good for notifying me that something moved. I never will know what though
When I first installed Presence the app worked well. A week later, while on vacation, it stopped working then the app started crashing when opened. Very disappointing.
i like the app but the quality of the video is horrible and i don't understand why. i used to use manythings before they started charging and the video was much clearer. besides video quality though only complaint is i have to manually delete videos bc the auto delete option won't stay selected. the app is free though so i accept all the flaws because it does what i need it to do which is keep an i on my front door.
The app is very slow, whenever the motion detection recorded a video the file was corrupted, I never saw who broke into our home. Just awful.
The app worked great but now all of a sudden not working, connection is not connecting, connection freezes when connected. What have you done to this app it worked fine before a update. Please sort this out
Doesn't work, sits at contacting server. Trying to use my iPhone as the security camera and my S10 as the viewer. It works if I do it backwards though. Probably because Apple updated their iOS security and this app gets no updates.
The app worked when I first opened and keeps shutting off saying there is a bug right after the first test. Would be a very good app if they can fix it.
I always wanted to buy a camera to check my dogs regularly, and a co-worker told me about this app using an old android or an iphone. Well Im very satidsfied. Ive been using the system for two weeks now and it always responds on time. I am now in the process of connecting the second old android to the front door behind the window to check up on incoming persons such as Amazon deliverers or intruders trying to steal the packages.
twice loaded app, after registration and select to be camera the app crashes with The app has stopped message. If free version crashes then do not bother to try paid version and lose your money. Phone attempted HTC Bolt / 10.
Worked great! For a while. Now the app wont even start up. Cant get into it. I loved it! But you guys have some serious bugs to fix.
It is not allowing me to sign into the phone I'm using as my camera. Help please. Keps telling me INVALID TOKEN when I try to sign in. What's going on? I tried this app again in 2021 just to see if the issues were fixed and they weren't so now im using Alfred its easy and reliable best I've used so far.
🥳 I've had presence for years, I even donated early when they started up so I could get the lifetime benefits before they become huge... Winning! Well now they are much bigger more advanced an expanding constantly. 🤔 Sadly I've had to forgo the 5 star review as currently the mobile app is faulty.
Works so-so but can never watch motion detection videos that it records. ALWAYS an error message asking if I deleted it or if I have a good signal.
It stopped working on iPhone 4. Can you please fix it? I used this system for over a year and it's really helpful, but now I can't use it. It shows an error: (DDXMLEErrorDomain error 1.) on iPhone 4 when I open the app
The app crashed about 30 minutes into my setup/testing. I instantly had zero confidence in it's ability to be used as a reliable security system.
Lost scheduling capability. The app used to have scheduling capability, but has been lost. I contacted support, but got a vague response that they were updating BOTs. I figured after a month it would be fixed, but it wasn't. I have purchased new Honeywell thermostats to replace these. This has been a frustrating experience with constant little issues. The final issue is scheduling, no use to me if I can't create schedules.
