Présidence de la RDC

The President of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (in Swahili: Rais wa Jamhuri ya Kidemokrasia ya Kongo, in Lingala: Mokonzi wa Republíki ya Kongó Demokratíki) is the Head of State of Congo-Kinshasa and the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of country.

The office of President of the DRC exists since the first Congolese fundamental law of 1960. In accordance with the current Constitution, the presidency is the highest institution in the DRC.
