I have to restart my phone every time I open this app otherwise it kicks me out. Works right 80% of the time. 20% frustrating
Had to take pic of check several times because the software said it was folded. Pics were fine, but couldn't overrule the software. Always takes way more time than my other bank.
Close to excellent app. Fingerprint access does not work for me, which is very annoying. Also, the money management feature is great but so frustrating at the same time. Needs an interface more like Mint to view spending relative to budget.
Very clean and easy to use. And if you have any trouble with the app, their customer service seems always available and are extremely helpful
A whole lot of bugs. I was able to put memo on only one payment. Other payees do not even give you the option. .... I was paying electronically on my mortgage from my other bank account (a major bank mortgage) and in here at Presidential Bank, they have to send a check to pay my mortgage. Dumb app.
The app is tricky - will log off during "inactivity" while taking (and re-taking) pictures in non-perfect environment.
I've been with Presidential since before they had an online presence. Love this Bank and their app is simple and intuitive and yet offers traditionally online functions such as bill pay.
Having acct information so easily accessible is great, just wish the app did everything that the website can do. It's probably about 75% as functional.
Mobile check deposit has become very fussy about checks not absolutely flat. Four attempts at front photo lost MICR and/or bottom edge despite my backing off. After accepting front picture, took back picture and was told to retake front picture. Retook front picture and it discarded back picture! Had to tape check down to deposit!
My fingerprint sign-in no longer functions, but I still love this app for the convenience it offers and it's ease of use.
Sometimes the bill pay feature can not be used. You have to close the app and open it again.
App is too picky, it is endorsed & the app kept asking me for an endorsement. What was true in Oct. 2019 is still true in May and August 2020.
Check depositing part of app needs to take pictures automatically. Add this capability today!

Great, except having to be called before moving forward with a mobile check deposit.
Max mobile check deposit only 2500. This is for a 20yr customer. Presidential is stuck in the past. zelle/venmo? Nope. There are better options out there.
I would rate the app higher if it were not for all the ads. 😕

Pretty good app. Like how it shows mobile deposit exact picture captured (so it shows if a bad shadow made the scan look bad). Needs a dark mode theme though.
