Prestige Car Service

This application could be great, however it freezes way too much, at times does not load at all and it does not refresh in a timely manner. The car service itself is awesome. Unfortunately, this app leaves alot to be desired in a climate where technology and apps are major components in business.

Would love to use the app but it refuses to recognize my telephone number as valid. Needs to quote accurate prices and should allow for electronic payments or it is not convenient. Until those issues are addressed I guess I'll go with Uber.

This could be better than Uber & Lyft if passengers have option to pay with credit card & making stop or round trips.You get cars quicker if you put your pick up & destination address correctly vs calling despatcher.

The cabs are always late and they rarely pay attention to the app,some ask where I'm going even though itll be in the app. The app gives false waiting times. Says 2 min away and would be waiting 10 min

Sneaky. It used to show the price. The drivers charge more than what the app says. So now they took the price off the app. Sneaky

It's a good app just wish I could see the price for the destination. It use to come up before but now it doesn't.

First time using this app and the last time I'll ever use. Overpriced, car was dirty and smiled really bad. I'll stick to my uber

Trash app.....you can only get a cab in the bronx amd their rates are way too high...uninstalled it real fast

This app does not give quotes. You still have to call for a quote.

Would give it 5 stars if in the future they allowed you to pay via credit/debit card

Drivers give you their own price instead of what the app shows you. They are rude, disrespectful, over charge and drive while texting on their phones

I have been calling this base for years and recently had argument with some drivers the app display a higher price than what I always pay and the app no longer displays price bc according to a prestige employee it was charging too much or too little so they removed that feature from the customers app

When I use it. It is accurate and efficient.. One of the best apps and the drivers are always very professional

Great service all the time

This new updated app does not reflect the true time of your driver. Atleast a 4min lag. You think your cab is 5mins away when the car is outside. Bring back the old app! This is not uber!
