The app is great until you try to make mobile deposits. It ALWAYS gives me issues when you have the correct information on the front and back it has a hard time picking up the information on the checks. I have to keep retaking the picture and resending it until it finally accepts it. It's very time consuming and irritating. But other than that I have no issues with the app everything else works great.
While I appreciate many of the features added (particularly mobile bill pay), I am having issues with the new app. For instance, I have push notifications enabled and when I sign in a tag showing the number of unread notifications appears over the button. When I try to view them, all messages disappear and it tells me "No recent messages (last 7 days)".; I have not found a way to get them back and I worry that I may miss something important. Not sure whether this version supports fingerprint sign-on or not, but my new phone only has face unlock which I cannot use. This could be enabled, but the developers appear to use a deprecated version of Android's API for biometrics.support. (Please fix this in an update or add PIN-sign-in) There's no question that this is better than the prior app, but it needs additional work.
Love this Credit Union! Especially the new mobile deposit. I have been with them for about 15 years. I will never use a bank again! This establishment is wonderful. You're not just a random account at Prestige Community Credit Union, you're family!

The check deposit shutter sound is at max volume even when my phone is set to be completely silent. Terribly annoying!
Horrible, slow doesn't always function and can not transfer to a family members account if needed to help out. I would give this app a zero but can't

I moved to a different state, and this app has made it so easy to maintain my account with Prestige. I have been using it for years now and have never had any issues at all.
I can do everything I need from making payments, to locking my card to applying for a loan without having to go into the bank. I love it and I love my credit union!!
I can not log into my account at all now. Update blocked me out. When I went online technical difficulties....
Love this credit union just need more branches... And up to date atms... Unfortunatly they dont let you deposit anything at their old out of date atms if they would just update everything
I have the worst time with this app. If I don't, after a short period of time, I cannot login without it crashing.
I have banked with Prestige for 5 yrs now. They are always there when u need them. They go over and beyond to help you. These guys rock!

Honorable,keeps saying retake picture then it says use darker background when I'm using a black chair had to try to deposit 4 times until it oked the deposit. Been trying for 2 days still crapy Ughhh

App is ok, but takes too long to deposit a check...automation and scanning can't read most checks so lots of retakes are usually needed, and several manual verification steps too. And who has a black/dark surface around just to make the app happy?
