App is slow, and after signing in on a shop that's described as super simple became incredibly difficult after accepting it. Requiring me to drive, take pics, observe surroundings, and set start and stop timers pretty much all at the same time. After completing the shop, and spending the money for it. No record of it was found that I even did the shop. Uninstalling, big waste of time.

This app is VERY poor, from a shopper's perspective, compared to similar apps that I have used. The most significant problem is the ability to upload photos. It will stay in "uploading" mode indefinitely. When I use a browser on the Presto page, it uploads w/o problem. My phone is not running 'intensive' background apps nor is my data transfer speed being significantly restricted. Problem is either with the app or associated server.

Clumsy, frustrating, and defeating. Does provide a multitude of job listings, but every time you look for details, the screen lags and when you return you must scrol down the list again, and there is no way to discern where you were. There is no way to filter out the jobs you don't meet the criteria for.

Slooow AF! With other shopping apps, same phone, reception, service, area – rarely a problem. Slow to load, scroll, save. Constant saving taking up to 1 min. each halts input rather than saving in background. Scrolls sometimes, partially, then stops and continues after a yes/no has been selected, changing the yes to no. So sad that Sassie companies have been roped into this dog of an app. Keyboard pops up randomly then will not go away, leaving only ½ screen to view. Shop takes 3x longer.

I enjoy this app. Map is a little difficult to navigate and though to get used to. When you zoom in and click, the map automatically zooms back out and you have to start all over again when different jobs are close together on the map, you end up clicking on the same one, over and over.

Application is not super user friendly and ackward however it is where I find alot of my work so take the good with the bad. Love the insta shops because it is self assign and sometimes instructions are too vague. It works but could be smoother. Requires really good internet almost exclusively mobile data not wifi of not it does not connect well.

This app works great! The only thing that is confusing is when they put a notice that there are at least X# of shops within a very close range that are not showing...why don't they show up? Sometimes it says over 100 shops at least 1.2 miles away...I don't understand that or why they aren't showing up...it's frustrating ...and then can't find anything about why they don't show up when they are so close by!

Not so much a complaint about the App, rather some of their clients are abusing the priviledge of rejecting shops on technicalities, out of pocket expenses for 2 mystery shops last week, one for $20 worth of flowers, (refused because this new app user had a hard time locating the survey and missed photos of the exterior of the building, made a second trip to rectify, shop was refused and that included reimbursement of the product). The second was a $10.00 food purchase where the instructions for purchase were different from the survey instructions, and store was out of chicken so purchased fish...guess what???...refused. In both cases, needed data was still collected, but nothing was paid, not a reimbursement for product or time. While I am aware that Sassie tried to work with the client, it did not matter, ...so new policy for me...if they refuse to pay for product upfront...NO MORE OUT-OF-POCKET from me! The goal of the shop was still obtained by the client, so free work and a sale...Hmmmm! Advice...BE CAREFUL...if you can not afford to lose the money and time, then do not do it!

App is just a merging site for other companies jobs. That said, the companies offering jobs are very slow to extremely slow to pay. One site you have to send an invoice at the end of the month, then they "claim" they pay 3 months later (waiting to see) Depending on when you do a job, 3-4 months to be paid. Companie sites show no way of really seeing if a job was approved or paid. Many shops required purchase, but having to wait a long time for payment makes many jobs not worth it.

The app is full of bugs, very unreliable on Android but less so on iPhone. Considering it's to be used on the hoof in mystery shopping that's unacceptable. Especially bad if it gets into a spin about Java script or loses Internet connection, it seems the link with GPS gives trouble on Android. Must be fixed.

Constantly not accepting my photos, constantly seems to not accept the answers I actually click on and then it just spins when i add a photo it just says uploading then it says sorry and never accepts my photos. I am wasting a lot of gas to try and re do these photos due to non stop issues. I have photos of the issues if proof os needed.

I have not been able to pass the survey. My phone stalls, the app goes out, pauses, and restarts. I have no idea of the questions i got wrong. The app states that you did not qualify. I have read other reviews where individuals are having problems with this app.

Not sure what's up with all these negative reviews. App works fine for me. I pick up shops every day. I do agree that having to full out a profile for every single company is redundant and should auto transfer all info but SSN. I understand having to read all T's & C's as they are not the same. Overall it's super easy $.

I've done several audits on this app for various mystery shopping companies I had a lot of issues with the app not loading photos and having to redo them it took me longer than necessary to do the actual shop because of that situation when I reached out for help I didn't get anything except to say it must be my phone. Instead of contacting the company and trying to fix the issue they blamed it on my phone or my tablet and I didn't have these issues before but they refuse to do anything about it

My experience was when the pic of the seal saying hello showed the app kept repeating the next three steps quickly, over and over and over. You are suppose to fix bugs not add more. I finally backed and that it.

I'm still on the screen saying locating, the screen after downloading & attempting to open. Deleted and reinstalled a few times to no success.

I love getting the insta-shops which pay quick. They was expeditious in fixing the glitches and explaining to me how to navigate through it. i was able to make $400 in four days.

Used to be 5 stars but the app is not as functional as it used to be. Now, you have to claim a shop before u can view the guidelines/questionaire. Super annoying to accept a shop you're not willing/able to do. Also super annoying that you click on a blip to see info About it, and it takes you to a companies site that redirects you to the shop information. Super annoying. Before redirecting, should let us view the store name, company job is for, shop type and pay rate.

I have taken their quiz to get started and failed. I asked for feedback to questions missed with no luck. I'm now working with some of gas stations and I'm happy doing them until someone gets back with me. I do mystery shopping to give me pocket money. PS I limit my shops to 20 miles radius in case I have to go back.

Can't complain, I use the app to find shops all the time. I do several per month for extra spending cash. While it's always easier to use a computer for me, this app works pretty well when I have to use my mobile phone.

The links on the application doesn't work properly and hinders me from actually requesting projects and completing them accurately.

I have a new phone & this app will NOT open on it. A02. Straight Talk. It loads & repeats the same messages.
