To use cash you have to take £10 out of the bank and spend some to get change so you can avoid preston bus stealing your change. To use this app you may end up paying more for your journey anyway. The minimum spend is a day ticket or 5 singles. which is more expensive than two singles. Who decided 5 is a sensible number for minimum ticket purchases? Most journeys require 2 trips, so you will always be trapped into buying 5 more tickets.
i cannot get info on bus times. there is much info, concerning wallets. i use the now card, so this info is irrelevant to me. all i want is a simple way to get bus times, but simplicity and convenience seems goo much to ask for. i will be uninstalling this app as, in its present, it is taking up space in my phone.
It's no longer accepting my card details despite my details being correct and money in the account.
Can't even buy a regular single ticket. Shouldn't that be the minimum a bus app should have?

I can't log in but I have an active ticket, I try to reset my password but don't receive an email. Looks like I'll be paying twice for my journey again.
Can't buy tickets! Keeps saying to check my card details even though they are saved. Also to check my connection even though it's fibre broadband. Get it sorted!
Recent update has led to most recent ticket always being in an 'active' state.

How hard would it be to impliment all the trip tools within the app rather than hyperlinking the PB website, also, I will not be using this for tickets because I can forsee reliability problems and it being slow due to poor development.
