Trendy and good quality ladies fashion. I can't fault the quality of the clothes and shoes. The prices are great too, and there is such a large range. I love that I can see a catwalk of many of the items; more of this please. One thing I would fault is that the shopping basket and wishlist on browser and app are completely out of sync. An older state of overrides what you do on another device, and this has wasted my time and effort too many times. Please fix this for better user experience.

It's a great app loving royalty which gives me next day delivery for free for a year Please add more stuff I really love to shop all the time but I feel like I've seen it all 😶 And it's getting boring also cant find any more winter outfits Other than that I think it's great and I would recommend it to my friends definitely.

It's an OK app to use, not difficult. I just wish depend on how much you spend and the amount of items you purchase, you should be eligible for free delivery. Returning a damaged item, you should also get your delivery charge Returned

Love the app and especially the extra discounts offered. I just don't like the fact that you cannot see what items have been discounted, when you have entered a code and are at the pay stage in the checkout.

App is horrible. After strolling through pages and adding items to basket, at check out my basket was EMPTY! Not to mention, sale prices do not show on items until you click and open. Updating my review, still no progress. The app does not all you to add anything to your cart.

Nice easy app to use. 1 suggestion or maybe make it easier to search. I saw a plus size outfit and wanted to see if they had it in smaller sizes. Is there a way to make it easier to find/search or is there deliberately not smaller sizes for plus size clothing.

I honestly wish I was able to put zero stars. All I'm going to say is please do not waste you guys time spending your money else where . I got in contact with customer care but they refuse to ship out my items . They had a system error but they want me to repurchase with an express code making accommodations for them . No you should accommodate your customer who is now without an item. I brought these items for a special event now I will not be able to wear it. I will NEVER order from here again

I like the layout but there seem to be some bugs? Every few minutes I get an error message telling me "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again!" without any further explanation which is unhelpful. Also, minor nitpick: can you add an option to include/exclude maternity pieces?

It's very easy to order through this, however if you wanted to return something you have to go through a whole different website and they ask for the order number so you have to keep going back and forth until you copy it as they dont let you 'copy and paste' apart from Returns procedure its all good. Xx

Overall, the app is easy to navigate throughout, but just a few things that need to be taken into consideration. *Having a baby range would be great for mothers and babies. * allowing buyer to see how the fit looks on before buying *virtual fitting * more, I can say, but I hope this can help.

I find the app pretty easy to use. Love the shortcut to my wishlist. I find plt to be true to size mostly something you might have to upsize. Quality of clothes ok, love they always have trendy clothes across all size categories.

PLT was my go to through lockdown boredom and I have continued to use them ever since. Need an outfit PLT is were I go. I'd hate to see my balance with them over the year 🤦🏼‍♀️ the sizing is very true to size and the quality is really good. Recommended to all my friends.

Excellent. Fast, clear to use and high quality images. Simple to navigate and no lag. How apps should be.

Cool and all but the app has few bugs from time to time it doesnt open and well you cant enter your account info. So might wanna fix that

The item I ordered turned up damaged, because I couldn't return it for an exchange as I wanted it for the weekend (it was a Thursday) I requested a partial refund as I would have to pay for it to be repaired and didn't want to be out of pocket for doing so. I was told a partial refund was not possible and all they could do was offer me a 20% off code fore SALE items only! This would not benefit me as I shall now not be ordering from you again, appalling customer service.

I usually have a positive experience purchasing items through the PLT app but I've tried to order 5 times tonight & the transaction won't go though...it's very frustrating. I'm writing a second review about the PLT app. I am trying to purchase an order & yet again the transaction won't go through.

Why can't I see all the items in my wishlist on this app?? It only allows you to see a few items in there, then it just stops loading. That's really annoying!!!

Doesn't hold/ reserve items in your basket. So you could be shopping for other items then the stuff in your basket goes out of stock *SO ANNOYING* It would be good if they offered a "back in stock" functionality.

It's a straight forward app. However, the delivery dates were giving me the last time I used the app until I put my card details in, which was annoying.

Amazing app absolutely love everything about it and i can't get enough of it, PLT has everything i need to fit my shape and size for clothing, my favourite beauty products and homewear i want to add to my home. 😃

I love the app but i dont like that i have to use only PayPal for payment and not able to use my normal debit card. Cos PayPal have limit for us Nigerians. But they are is good

Hopeless. Promised 25% odd using the App. When you get on its 10%. Then trying to purchase just freezing. Fed up with it. Forgetting my purchases and uninstalling app. Wasted 30 minutes messing about, trying different cards.
