Good idea, major issues. No matter how positioned the signal will not pick up. Needs external sensor to use. For paying customers, $32/year, there needs a lot improvement. You can spend money on better apps that are just like this one. Tutorial is mediocre at best. I won't renew past my one month trial I bought.
Love the report generated after the test. Music is very relaxing. But very frequently after a measurement I get a note saying unable to communicate to server. It gives me an option to resend, and when I try it does nothing. So I wasted 5 minutes only to find I can't get my results. My internet connection is good, so I don't understand why.
This app is a scam. I kept getting gold there were suspicious findings and that I need to upgrade to see the results. After upgrading I kept getting normal results. Overall I found no difference between the free version and the paid version very disappointing and I ended up getting a refund
Have had afib for 8years. Started using this app, full version, about 2 years ago. It has been great. A very useful tool. I have afib incidents often. This app lets me see what's happening, and also lets me see when an incident has ended. Sometimes in minutes, sometimes hours. But nice to get confirmation. Not a substitute for a dr. If an incident gets too bad with chest pain, shortness of breath, BP spikes, etc.. but very useful tool, especially in showing HR during incident
It can work for me but then it just not work. I reinstalled it and it still does not work. Has a low signal no matter where I go. The app can be quite frustrating. However, I like the paid version showing the chart. I still give it 4 stars. Hoping for update.
I tried the 30 minute free preview. First time, I did the 5 minute extensive test. it worked fine. since I had time left so I decided to give it another go. All of a sudden, can't connect to server. So I tried again. Can't connect to server. I tried a fourth time. Can't connect to server. Times up!!! Oh, and I tried to send myself a copy of my first test via Email, they wanted me to pay $33.00 to buy it. this app is entrapment. Don't waste your time and money..
Paid for a year membership then switched phones same sync, same Google but wants me to repurchase. This is very upstletting to me because I downloaded it because I have heart issues. Love the app, but don't want to pay for something I already paid for.
There are so many apps that promise genuine heart rhythm analysis but fail miserably to deliver either in measurement accuracy or rhythminterpretation. Preventicus does it exactly what it promises, reliably and accurately, with further support if required. Good work team.
Update:after multiple attempts finally got contacted with an offer for credit towards an analysis. ::: Paid an ADDITIONAL $33.99 to have a "Medical evaluation of your measurement" performed only to have the app send the WRONG reports for evaluation. The worst part wasn't that of the two (incorrect) reports one was ignored without explanation. The real issue is that after sending the correct reports 3 times via email I have not received a SINGLE response from the company.
Paid year subscription and application booted me out to relog in, and now, no subscription. If you app developers think I'm gonna pay for another year, you can forget it. I'm just gonna wait until enough people get fed up and join their class action suit. I screen saved proof of purchase and screen saved proof of the app demanding I pay for a year again after two months. And please don't ask me if I registered anything, that's unprofessional, the payment is connected with my login info
I was diagnosed with AFib about 9 months ago. Since then, my doctor has been trying to get me on the right med to control it. This app is great, when I feel my heart in AFib, I can verify it with the app and show the PDF results to my cardiologist. It's definitely worth paying for the premium version. I'd highly recommend this app.
This is a great app. It successfully diagnosed my AFib and I was able to show the reports to my doctor to show when it had started. It's an extremely useful tool and well worth the cost for the premium version.
Response to Dev. IN FACT printed screen shots of the instructions and did follow them. Claiming Clinical studies discredit my real life experience without providing a link for review isn't very professional. Signal quality/hit and miss of the pulse capturing will raise your blood pressure as it comes and goes irratically. impossible to get a full uninterrupted report. I tried 4 apps this was by far the worse and didn't detect the arythmias i have been having all 3 of the others did
Great app only problem is when I feel the unnerving heart beat it only lasts a few seconds but it shows up on your app as a blue block where it says disturbance but it's not a disturbance at all.how can I see what's happening if it gets blocked out.
This could be awesome, but I have only been able to get reports less than 50% of the times I tried. I keep getting "Problems connecting with the server". I paid $6+ and would like a refund.
It worked for the free 30 minutes and after I paid for the year version.. It keeps telling me that there isn't a signal, even when I had good signal.
The only conspicuous finding is the claims of your app and its recommendation to upgrade! Thank you, but not at this time:) Im using a garmin hr strap with acentas app, and a finger pulse oximeter simultaneously as control with good readings.
This app is very accurate compared to other ECG/EKG apps that use your phone camera to measure your heart beats. I only wish that the chart diagram was the same like traditional ECG/EKG charts.
The same thing happened to me as another user; after upgrading to see the full results on repeated suspected abnormal findings it was mysteriously normal every time.
Bad app. Don't install unless you are going to spend money on the app. Free use is non functional. paid use lacks information to justify paying. Spend your money elsewhere.
App worked great. the way you have to hold your hand is slightly awkward but overall it was great.
tried the MISLEADING 30-min full version: 1 measurement of 1 min and another of 5 min (total 7 minutes) and now it says I used up my minutes?! Uninstalling.
signal bounces from strong to weak and back again constantly despite me being perfectly still. garbage. see a doctor instead.
Great app. Typical German quality! Dont use it for final decision making , at least for something to give you an idea and show your doctor..
This App is accurate and has the potential to save a life! As a medical professional and a current cardiac patient, I recommend this app to help anyone to get a faster diagnosis or to help detect a life-threatenging or life- altering event. PREVENTION is key when it comes to heart or circulatory health. As a provider and as a friend having lost too many people too early or suddenly, with no notice of any existing heart condition, though it was always very evident on autopsy, (too late) try it! ❤
