Update 5/3/21 APP STILL HASN'T CHANGED!! STILL ISSUES WITH LOADING & SIGNING IN!!!! This app is essential when it comes to refilling scripts. That being said, it takes forever to load & when it does finally load I have to sign in again then its back to waiting for it to load. I've tried everything I can think of. Mobil data, wifi while standing right next to the router, wifi being away from the router. Nothing works. Please fix!! (it works like this on other phones as well)
Worked just fine until you updated. Used all the time. Now I can't even log in. This should have been tested before launching. Updates are supposed to make things better nor worst.
The new update doesn't work. Can't even log in. Sign in is grayed out even with the user and password filled in.
Awful since they did the new upgrade. Can't sign in, it's all gray. I've uninstalled and reinstalled 3 time's..
Doesn't work, can't sign in. 3 dots march across the screen for 1 minute, then it stops and nothing happens.
VERY slow to load - upwards of a minute +. Items that were there previously, mysteriously disappear.
It's a handy little App. I'd recommend to make it an option to schedule a refill by choosing the date to refill. Ex: on Thursday schedule to refill for the following Wednesday.
So easy to refill prescriptions, send you reminders, and also text your phone to tell you when to take your medicine! I love this app

Same issues with loading and signing in over and over again. Still cannot sign in.
Unable to open, Uninstaller and still no luck! Will have to call in my refills!

Difficult to log in
I love the app. It makes my ordering easy. Also the pharamcist are very friendly.
works well in keeping prescriptions up to date and able to refill on time.
Keeps crashing since update. I have to sign in every time I open the app now and I have to sign in several times before it logs in. I used to like the app, but might have to just get rid of it completely. Might even switch to Walgreens if their app works.
