This app is a waste of time and energy. It doesn't work at all. Full of glitches. The prices are ridiculous. For a very expensive and rare Barbie that I can sell for 400 or more, I'm being offered 30 or less. Insulting and taking advantage of collectors. Dont waste your time!!!
This has been very simple so far. I scanned about 9 items or more and in a few days I got a quote. I will now package and send it UPS from the directions that were sent to me. The prices were very respectful and didn't make me feel desperate. I did however refuse 2 of them but that was only because of what they mean to me. I hope the rest of this process is just as smooth and easy and I am hoping with all my might that the toys that have no barcode and are already opened will be as easy too !!
Not worth my time. The app did work but the prices they offered for my collectibles are insulting. I scanned a set of some brand new (still in box) toys that are going for $40 - $180/ea. on eBay. Two weeks later, Brian's Toys offered me $2 - $9/ea. I had already sold them slightly below market price on Facebook Marketplace. I understand they need to make a profit, but the prices they offer make this reek of the old "Gamestop scam" (buying from the unbeknownst for pennies on the dollar).
The page format/background is too long so it cuts off the links at bottom.. Can't read nor see barely bottom line of links. Other than that it's cool. Rating system is freezing up.
App is a pain to use. Information gets deleted when you try to edit, forcing you to reenter the information multiple times. After all of that they offered less than 10% of the market value for toys. Don't waste your time with this.
Inaccurate scanner. Scanned mcfarlane series one original and variants, both came out as same toy. Tried multiple different players with variants, same toy. Dont trust this app.
The literal worst is all I can say, I would give negative stars if I could. They offer the lowest possible for your collectibles. I get being a reseller but the offers are insulting. They offered me $160 for over $1000 worth of rare Funko pops. Absolutely unacceptable, DO NOT USE THIS APP OR SELL AND SUPPORT THEM IN ANY WAY. COMPLETE SCAM
I have downloaded uninstalled and downloaded this app 3 times. The scanner never works not just doesn't come up with name but zits focused on barcode as if it's not on. No real time way of contacting these people, awful.
Very disrespected by their offers and a waste of my time. The literally offer BOTTOM dolllar instead of top dollar like on their website. The offered me $2 on toys I can get $20 easily on. Mint in box toys. So I do not recommend this app to anybody on planet Earth....
Scanned a figure that sells everywhere for $20 and they offered me only $2 for it. I would habe done $10 each, but now for $2. I used to buy from this company, but no longer. Con artists
this is by far the best app i have ran across. I may be a little bias considering they purchase toys from me..but that is not the only reason I like this app. It is very easy to use and user friendly. I had never used it before and opened the app and in a very short period of time figured out how to use it.
installed the app, scanner works, but unable to submit for a quote. even after entering my name and email numerous times, keep getting error to enter name and email. app doesn't work!
The toys must be new in box, with a barcode. They tell you to select edit to enter a used toy, but then you cannot do so.i dont need a list. I wanted an appraisal app for vintage toys! Not an app I would use. If I have a new toy in t hff e bix, I would know the value. Because I paid for it,retail. Not for me.
They give less than my local toy store and that's not including shipping. I suggest that everyone passes this app by. Just go on in to your local toy store if you need to get rid of them that bad.
it asked for name and email... I typed it in... didnt recognize it... if it can't get entering your name and email right, what else is going to go wrong. so couldn't use the app.
we all know that brian toys are pretty over prived on their products, always cheaper on ebay/amazon, but this company/app is a joke. its just garbage. do not waste your time. you sell them your toys for way under value (you can sell for a lot more on ebay) and they resell at a way higher price on their site or ebay. they are a scam. stay away from them. do research. wish i could give 0 stars or negative and still comment. uninstalled.
This app is a complete waste or brian is a complete con artist, i collect wwe action figures and know what they go for and all they wanted to do is offer me a dollar and there in mint condition and the scanner couldnt even pick up the right ones i scan a box of terry funk and it says its a ultimate warrior so please dont waste your time with it and brian you need to pick your game up bro
VERY easy to use and we loved the barcode scanner. Reasonable prices on what they offer to buy.
I was surprised to find how little these dolls are worth, but the app made finding them a new home much easier than a yard sale!
cool app, but the scanning part could be a little finicky. but overall easy to use.
App seems fairly effective, but prices offered are laughably low. Like, I'm not going to bother shipping a G.I.Joe jeep for $1, even if they pay shipping.
It freezes alot and the offer for items is super low. Not realistic with their offers.
Nah can do better with your own research for an example: G.I.JOE figures going for way more then the offered price of 1.00 offered especially rare figures that go for 40.00
Junk. Star trek figures from early 90s still in box and they want to off 1$ on all of them. Don't waste your time downloading this junk app
I uploaded pictures and did everything they asked I waited and waited and waited for an email back never got one they were supposed to help me price my toys to sell apparently that's not what they do false advertising
Easy to use app. Quote returned in 2 days. Over weekend included. Very cool service!
Quite basic nothing fancy. A simple app that has helped me inventory my collection. I even get quotes and offers on some items.
This is ridiculous. Constant Freeze Ups and so many glitches I was pissed off before it found 1 doll it recognized. it recognized 6 dolls out of the 50+ I scanned. And when it did recognize them, they were so low-balled it wasn't funny. Seriously, it would have cost me more to ship the damn doll than I would have gotten back. No thanks.
