Do not trust on this brand any more. The products are really good. But the issue is with app as well as communication. Yet 2 items from my earlier order are not delivered and if asked them about the same then they are not responding at all.

The app is very bad. It never log in if once log out. Lots if errors in the app. When I have to reschedule or cancel delivery it never happens. I m basically stopping their delivery. Milk is too expensive. It's Rs 140 per litre whereas I can buy 1 litre milk for Rs 44.

Their products are good but this is an extremely badly designed app. It's very buggy, very slow, takes forever to load data from the server and the whole interface of rescheduling your orders or changing dates is very confusing and mostly ineffective. It wastes a lot of time trying to do something simple. They need to improve the app to make it usable.

Excellent product. I just love it. Great customer service. But the APP itself, though wonderful in its design, it's TOO SLOW and takes too long to load and sometimes doesn't load at all and you have to exit the App and try again. I really hope you remove the bugs and make the App better.

100% agree with the other 1star reviews. A complete disaster of an upgrade. Moreover the wrong time period chosen for this upgrade which was done during the 2nd lockdown. Made life miserable and still facing lots of issues with display of billing and payments. Payments made still reflect as outstanding and Customer service is only good at making promises of getting it resolved

The products are awesome however, the app isn't that awesome. The UI really needs to improve. If you have loaded the wallet, you don't get to know how and when it got debited towards the bill and the balance remaining. Also, for existing customers, why doesn't the app straightaway launched at the dashboard page; why should you prompt existing customers to watch the promo video?

The product is good, but the app is very poorly designed. For first time customers, when you try to register it won't register your details and will end with a message "Email cannot be send". The background of the UI is needs some serious work. With a white background the text is barely visible.

Its a very very slow app. With every screen one has to wait for a while for it to load. The app also does not have an option to change the delivery quantity for several days in one shot. One has to keep updating for every day... which is time consuming

This app has many issues. The UI navigation is confusing and the functionality breaks at random places. For example, if I tap on My orders, just the poc logo shows and nothing happens. A few days ago, some SQL error was showing in the UI. Please improve. Thanks

The new upgraded version is really Pathetic. Plenty of data issues. My complete subscription data and past transactions data disappeared. I am not able to change anything. Also the customer support is totally useless. They don't know anything.

App is not structured. Previous version was simple and easy to navigate. The co says latest version is 4.0.15 but the current installed version 4.0.13 doesn't show any update is required. Call centre is unable to resolve or clarify the issue.

Its an annoying and time wasting app. Here's why. The moment I press on the app, it goes into a loading mode . And doesn't open even after waiting for several minutes. I am then forced to restart my phone and waste more time. On restarting my phone , the app loads, as it should. May I state here that none of the other apps on my phone give me this trouble. I wish I cd just call a helpline and give my order ! Please have your tech person look into this asap. Thank you

The application home page is very slow. It takes hell lot of time to load the screen. It's basically happening because of the different amounts which are being fetched for display. That bottle waiting screen is now unbearable.

Excellent quality milk no doubt but once if you decide not to buy from them they start sending emails and sms of pending bill payment for the product not consumed. Beware of this app kindly update your app and make it more user friendly and transparent. I have only purchased from you twice and I keep getting billed endlessly. Stop this practice immediately.

This is a comment on the app and not the milk. The app is really slow and it takes 1-2 mins for the app to display correct data on the UI i.e. loading takes a lot of time. If th app could be made faster, it would be much more usable

The new app is a disaster, complete UI is broken , navigation is not smooth and old data is not visible to customer. You can't verify the bill that you are paying for. Needs immediate fix.

App is good but there should be an option to ask for recycling of plastic bottles. Each month there are atleast 8-10 plastic bottles that get added to the waste. PoC should suggest a plan to recycle them and make it easy via the app.

Rescheduling can be improved to make it more convenient. Also didn't find options to change frequency. But overall it's a user friendly app.
