Having to scroll endlessly to find desired podcasts should be avoidable. Being able to search by keyword, or view by topic or organ system would be very ideal. The podcast is set up as if you've heard all of them already and are just tuning in for the updates. Whereas I'm looking to transfer from a specialty to prime care and wanting a primer on several things and have to scroll and hunt. Or if I could at least favorite as I find those of interest. The content itself seems great.
Grossly inadequate support. Persistently crashes. Mismatched titles. Needs option to keep screen on while playing content. Player disappears and sometimes 2 titles will play and overlap. Needs work!!!! Needs a search option!!!! Expensive with no support but good content. Please fix!!!! Can't remember the last update!!! Deserves nil ⭐ right now.
Obviously great content and so awesome on the work commute but I would love to have the ability to continue downloading episodes in the background even when the screen is off or if I'm using a different app. To many times the download has failed because it stops downloading and has a hard time restarting. Thanks
I love the content but on android after I open another app or my phone screen closes, even though the chapter is still playing it won't show on my phone or in the app so I cannot pause or rewind if I missed something. I'll have to close the app, reopen it and then try to find where I missed because it won't even save where I just was.
I do wish there were more audio options like 1.2 speed or automatic rewind but all in all its good Edit. Now totally unable to open the app. Urgent Care rap works this one doesn't. Had to clear cache and data. Then it worked. Customer service quite responsive.
Downgrading app. App audio randomly stops for no reason every few minutes and doesn't restart until turning the screen back on... Also audio files start playing back over each other very strangely if you leave the app and you back in. Great content suffering from a terrible app. Please fix.
Love Primary Care RAP!!! The app leaves something to be desired. No updates for over two years for Android ☹️ App will redownload deleted content all the time. Crashes and brings you back several chapters at a time. Please fix!
love the podcast, but the interface could use adjustment. need to be able to speed up playback along with better rewind feature and usability when replaying already listened to segments.
The content is fantastic but the app keeps crashing. Now it won't open, even after uninstalling and re-installing the app multiple times. Please fix ASAP
I love hippo ed. The app would be better if it paused for navigation, and if there was a search option like on the website. It would love be great if we could star/favorite the episodes that we refer back to often at POC.
The content is great the app freezes constantly, please add search option and the ability to increase playback speed some of the doctors( Jay-Shee ) drag out their words and speak so slowly making it really annoying.
Excellent podcast, terrible app for Android. No search function. And keeps crashing. Have to uninstall and reinstall it frequently. Dunno why it keeps doing it
It's 100% functional but outdated. Content is good. But, can't hide played episodes or sort them. Can't submit for CME through the app.
Content is good, but app is awful app frequently stops, freezes, etc. I will terminate my membership until there is an update that fixes these problems.
Engaging content well worth the subscription fee. The app is glitchy at times though which gets frustrating pretty quick.
Doesn't seem like there is a option to have 1.5 - 2x playback? That is a huge option that is necessary for streaming apps, please add!
Great content and reasonable cost. Feature request: ability to save or favorite specific chapters of specific episodes.
No speed control on Android app. Ios app allows 1.5-2x speed. No option on Android. Unacceptable (2019). (10/2020) still no speed control , wow
Content is great. The app is extremely glitchy and frustrating to use. Also difficult to redeem cme from the site.
Fix the repeatedly freezing playback. This app stinks. Makes me regret subscribing even though the content is excellent

The content is great and I really like the podcast, however, the app has some problems as noted by others. My big problem with the app is that when I go out running and the chapter changes from one to the next, it often begins playing the next chapter mid-way through. This is really annoying because I don't want to have to pull out my phone and scroll to the beginning of the chapter. The app is bad. Can't continue to give it better than 1 star. Too bad there has been no effort to improve it.
Content? Great! App? TERRIBLE! Please please get someone to work on this app. It makes it nearly useless. Episodes pause multiple times (every 3-4 minutes sometimes) and after starting an episode you lose functions to play, pause, rewind or fast forward. I end up having to force quit the app every time I need to pause it. It's such a bad app! I honestly never review apps but this one makes me so sad because it is so dysfunctional in bringing across valuable content that wasn't cheap!
