I like app alot. I use it for 90% of the things I have to do on the ELD. Plus it shows permits, home time, efund, tire fund, maintenance, truck/trlr info....overall, useful. It would be 5 stars if safety didn't force the app to shutdown when in motion. I'm sure it's a liability thing, but I'm an owner op, I don't really like being babied. Still 4 stars.
Everything worked fine until recent update. Use to be able to easily click on the phone number listed in the contact section of a load and it would call that number. It's broken now and just says this device does not make calls, I checked permissions and reinstalled app. Still broken. Running Android 12
It's great, just wish there was a way to silence repeat trailer warning messages without silencing the entire app. Especially in cases where R/A says the message is nothing to worry about.
Makes work easier. Though, I think it could be stream lined alittle better. I personally probably only use about 20% of the app.
It's a great improvement over the original app but there are many kinks that still need to be worked out. For one lately the messages have no been loading for hours after the message is sent, they should also add more macros at this point, it has trouble finding screenshots to upload when scanning documents and the prime portal page especially the payroll page needs to be formatted better for mobile devices. Other than that it's a great app and very handy when it comes to filling out the available macros and scanning documents. It's fairly easy to use and makes our job that much more efficient.
At first the app was very annoying. But it's come so far. there's only one minor fixed but I still think that the app needs that has not been address. And that's being able to switch from message to message while you're already in the messages without having to back out to select another. Like I can look at my load information and then swipe to the right to get my 01 information and then swipe right again to get my 90. Swipe back left to get back to the 01.
Very useful when on the road, especially when you want to send documents (better than having to make a stop at a travel plaza to use a Tranflow). I love that I don't have to be next to my Qualcomm and keep it on to make sure I know what is the next dispatch ASAP. Receives messages and shows you fuel prices much faster than the QC. That being said, I believe it could be made more smooth and less buggy.
is not fully supported by the full staff, especially road assist, they want a message through the qualcomm vs a much easier to use app, arrivals, departs do not always hit the system, sometimes takes more than an hour to hit. Needs to make some significant improvements in syncronozationa and workable for the whole team. Recently have been recieving notifications via app that are in no relation to me.
Can't access the "My Prime" section reliably. It crashes frequently when trying to do so. I get the whole not texting while driving however you need to allow us to atleast read the directions to the customer on the load information screen. There really is no difference in distraction vs. writing them down and reading them from a piece of paper. Honestly the app is more annoying than it is useful because of these issues.

Easy to access information. If I could change anything it would to swipe left and right for messages instead of going back.
The app is great for the most part. Having issues with my HoS not updating properly and it not showing correct dates on when I'm supposed to pick up hours
Easy access to app even when not on truck. And get contact information in hand. Very good. No complaints from me.
Great app, has worked great for me. I would recommend adding prefilled trip-sheets so we don't have to do all the bubbling, Swift has that option on their app since last time I worked for them 5 years ago. Also a tracker for TNT student miles would help out a lot too. Thanks!
Really good app. However I cannot upload .PNG images (typically a screen shot) which presents a huge problem when I need to upload an electronic BOL or lumper receipt from a webpage both which must be captured screenshot from my phone I also regularly do not getessages to my phone that do however show up in the Qualcomm. (pixel 5)
the new app is worse than the old one the idea of an app is to simply work but the new app is double the amount of effort to complete half of the work it did before the extra options added on macro on app is nonsense we all have a Qualcomm in truck with macro this is my opinion I w it sh I could get the version without all the added options that have complicated my using thank you
the messages and macros sent from app do not sync with qc and is very frustrating...there is a lot of lag time for messages to reach the app, and there are too many steps to get to fundamental components.
Advanced Fleet driver here. The app won't work unless I tap it, meaning no notifications, whether audio or visual, unless I tap the app button itself. The IOS version for my iPhone works perfectly, fix that and 5 stars 🌟🌟🌟🌟 🌟

after 8 months the app crashes it can only hold 560 messages in its memory im guessing! other than that i was great while it lasted. hopefull they can fix it.

Lately,i have not been getting notifications from messages. i have adjusted my notifications setting both on my phone and in app and it will not push notifications unless im in the messenger. whats going on?
It's a Prime App with a lot of the ELD functions available in it! I haven't worked at a company yet, that has their own app that is particularly useful and well built for that company's employees, UNTIL NOW! Much quicker than the Qualcomm for many things and super handy for a lot of what we need out here. 10/10
