opening my account in prime bank has been one of the worst decisions I have made. the staff I have experienced literally dont care. the app always crashes, the balance of my account is never accurate with the physical reciepts and once in awhile it doesn't allow me to open the banking app.
Don't know, is this the right place to write review here or not but I didn't get another platform to do it. We are all talking about GO DIGITAL but we are not getting most of it. I don't understand why we can't reset our mobile banking password ourselves through mobile banking app! Bank need to think about it. It's hassle and beyond the concept of GO DIGITAL to visit nearest branch to unblock our account.
I've been using 2 other banking apps developed by F1 soft, which works very well with rapid sms and update of current financial status and financial statements.. However in case of prime smart, there is delayed sms as well as much delayed update of current financial status and financial statement. I hope your team would fix it as soon as possible.
You're a bank, hire some competent coders please, the app keeps on crashing for no reason, to think that you haven't fixed a single problem after so many bad reviews is actually embarrassing, I'm thinking of switching my bank account just so that I could get a better mobile banking service, honestly, just embarrassing. This much neglegence in fixing problems is just baffling, so irresponsible.
Transaction complete dekhayera money sent vaesakyo through the app but arko account bata money receive nai vako xaena it's all fault of this app I pressed submit transaction 3 times as it showed error and all of of sudden 3 times the amount transferred money from one account to another. Also money has not reached to another account where did my money went to??
hello Mr Developer, my fone pay apps are not working & doesn't display anything, just blank page appears while clicking except 'Sasto tickets'. Pls give me solution why is this happening. Thank you.
It's trash app, can't switch devices. I tried to switch device and now I can't login from both devices.
I have been using several other bank apps..but this bank app is worst of all..I have sent some money to my friend ... the money was not sent for some days and i had to cancel my transaction and use other bank app...thanks prime smart
This app is is not working. Though i went through activate service ,on its own says the service is activated and enter password and i hadnt set any password..worst condition
Don't remember my log in password but there is no option for forgot password. Now i cannot access any of this mobile banking service due to it. Please try and fix my problem.

Good app but slow response from customer representative. How can we contact you? No response at all. Need to update app and add "forgot password" option on login page.

too many errors in this application this application is linked with default message app.. n this app dont have message settings. i mistakenly clicked on a wrong command.. n i am unable to send mesage from this app
This app is not compatible with One plus (1+) mobile set. I cannot use it. My rating is ZERO, but there is no option for ZERO
Fingerprint doesn't work in A70 ...it's your app which has problem . I checked every possible way.
This app is very bad. App working one day and then says reset device but shouldn't reset. We have to go Every day bank
Lack of features for view of transactions of dollar cards and integration with websites.
Please update the app. Its really confusing in the section where the amount has been withdrawn or deposited.

Worst mobile banking.. i am able to use since 2 yrs.. I give 0 rating.. and worst worst bank ... No response , have gone bank several times to report this but just paid everytime for no change .
It's beautiful but you can improve it also.. by giving new features. we cannot topup to ncell mobile numbers.. from this app.
Once I uninstall and reinstall the app then suddenly all transactions history are emptied.

I am new to this app. And this app needs an update. It sounds weird but I paid my electricity thrice times a few hours ago . After a transaction, neither it displayed " transaction successful" notification just like e-wallet nor I got a sms from bank about my balance deduction. At least it should have displayed a pop up notification on " transaction successful" after paying the bill.
