Hot Garbage. Being required to sign up on an app to access a reservation I paid for is terrible. The app doesn't allow you to sign up, so you have to use a browser. 0/10
Worst shuttle server ever! I had a reservation for 3:40 AM to go to LAX. I wake up to find that they have cancelled my reservation because they did not have a return trip, and I guess it's not worth their while just to drive me. I called a yellow cab, and it was actually cheaper than these hucksters. You made a reservation because YOU NEED TO GET TO THE AIRPORT - you cannot trust these people to get you there. Should be zero stars, but I do not have that option.
FRAUD!!!! Don't book with them. They kept changing my pick up time. Two mins after my already delayed pickup time I contacted them all of a sudden they said the driver has mechanical issues. The airport is over an hr from me. I had to frantically get an uber which cost double the money!
DO NOT USE THIS SHUTTLE SERVICE!!! My flight was delayed, and between when I took off and when I landed Prime Time Shuttle had cancelled my ride and did not respond when I tried to contact them. I repeat, DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. You're welcome.
Sorry excuse for a company. Rude people on the phone that's if you ever can reach anyone and drivers always paying more attention to their phone than the road....

the shuttle did not arrive. after 30 minutes I called another ride.
Horrible horrible!!! Don't use these guys unless you're willing to wait and be put to voice mail and then be asked to wait another hour past the time you scheduled!!!!
Im giving this company 1 star because I can't give zero. They were an hour and a half late and did not answer the customer service line. Don't ruin your vacation use someone else.

Called for a ride bounces frim driver 2 driver...never came called hotel limo then charges you 2 cancel That's a crock!

The app doesn't let you do near as much as the Website.

DO NOT RIDE WITH PRIME TIME SHUTTLE... They not only were over an hour late picking me up at LAX but they then wasted another 30 minutes waiting for more passengers. They have the worst customer service ever. I called because they were so late and the representative hung up on my 3 times... DO NOT RIDE WITH PRIME TIME SHUTTLE!!!!!!!!!!
App will book you the wrong service and then they charge you $5 to cancel. Total scam!!!
App does not function properly and will not save changes to reservation.
