Compatible with the Android operating system, the Primebank Mobile App will give you the full menu of options regardless of your device.
To get the Primebank Mobile App, you must first enroll in Primebank’s Mobile Banking. Then, you can download the app and enroll in Mobile Banking directly from the app or visit Primebank.com and log in to Internet Banking. Once you are in Internet Banking click Options and follow the on-screen prompts. Once enrolled, you’ll receive a text message with an activation link.

Very easy to navigate
Great when it works, which is most of the time. Occasionally it will be "unable to verify your credentials", and you'll have to use their website.
Rarely ever have problems with this app, when I do encounter errors they are usually fixed within 24 hours! Very satisfied!

Won't verify my identity. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. This app is as worthless as their website. I have loads of problems with that too. I guess if I want my balance I'll just call in.
When I try to open this app it loads for a moment and then crashes. I've even done a factory reset to make sure it wasn't a phone issue. I've come to the conclusion that texting for my balance is way more convenient, which is why I'm uninstalling. This app is useless.
After submitting my user ID, I get a system error message. I've never been able to log in to this app. Very disappointing.
This app is seriously worthless, compared to what other banks have available with online deposits by taking pictures of checks, paying other bills, etc. This app is about 5 years behind everyone else.
