Super Helpful, this app is definitely a winner. Has some small bugs here and there however the tech support team is insanely great and supportive. The app updates with phone software so obviously you can't use a phone that's older than dirt. That's with any app. The fact ALL busniess can be done through a mobile device is amazing! No longer do I have to carry my laptop everywhere! Definitely worth the $25 monthly for usa or $28 monthly for Canada!!!

Being a DL and using this app is time saving especially when out and about without my laptop but needing to provide varying information to potential clients & recruits!

The app allows me to do my whole business in the palm of my hand. You can't get any better than that.

I also had a problem after the update of getting an "invalid request". I removed and reinstalled app, and I had the same problem. I then closed the "invalid request" box and hit the submit button again. Then it worked for me. Close the dialogue box, don't re-enter your password, and just hit the submit button again. Worked for me. I like all the features on the app!

Let me preface this by stating that my opinion and current views of this app does not reflect negatively on the company itself. As of today, I have been met with "the app is experiencing server issues" every time I have attempted to log in. At this juncture, I refuse to waste time in calling technical support because I do not, will not, and shall not be on hold for a whole album cover to play through. This issue is quite frustrating and needs to be fixed and quickly!

I've been having difficulties since day one I have contacted support and I have been on hold for very long hours to the point I give up I still have not been able to sign in and I still am very frustrated and disappointed with this and today my classes is at 7:00 in the morning and South Holland and I can't even get in again

Yes! what I love the most is there's a constant update to accommodate making business so much easier and with the change of passwords that's required every certain amount of months make me feel comfortable knowing that my clients info and my own is safe. The only time you cant get in the app is when its updating(which dont take all day) or when your POL requires a password change, than you can login your app. It's all connected.

This app has everything you need to be successful. Fairly easy to navigate. There is so much information, you should take some time to get familiar with the website and the app.

App doesn't currently work right now. Says invalid request when trying to log on. I can log into the website, but not the app. So I know my account is up to date. When this app is working it is Amazing, but unfortunately the update, made it not work anymore for me. :(

This app only gets better and better. The mobile FNA is very useful for clients. Can go right from completing it on the app to emailing the pdf to the client. Same with the quick quote create the quote and email it right to the client and with the client right there you can complete any application in the app and get them started with thier complete wealth building program.

loading. the app cannot make it past the second step in the loading screen after Log In. Sadly I've had this problem on my phone for over a month and I've tried several attempts at uninstalling and installing including doig a FACTORY RESET on my phone. The app still cant seem to complete the log in load

Overall it's a good app. Needs some bug fixes for example: Sometimes when your logged in the app suddenly crashes for whatever reason; or when watching videos it logs you completely out of the app.

The Primerica app is one the best app's that I have downloaded. I Don't have to wait to open the app up, it is easy to operate. I like the security that the app offers. I own a back office personal secretary for a low cost. The app eliminate operational problems for my business.

the app isnt compatible to later Android OS and devices. I cant login to the app after I upgraded to my Note 9.... Support called me to assist. Although I resolved the issue, but it was cool for HD to help out.

This provides everything you need to conduct business and keeps a good record of your progress

Sporadic glitches seems to make this app inaccessible often. I've only had the app about 2 months and several times I've had to wait until I return home to us my laptop because I couldn't access the app.

I like tt! I didn't have a problem downloading it to my tablet or desktop. I did have to get reacquainted with a few things but overall when I submitted my first IBA, it was effortless. Good job!

Locks in 1 solution number. Occasionally on the go would be nice if a new recruit or downline without immediate access could log in to the app. Especially at end of month or for promotions.

This app caused my phone to slow down. I didn't even open it yet and all other apps pause and move slowly to each next step. So, just by downloading it caused issues on my phone. Everything's back to normal now, since I uninstalled it.

Still pretty buggy. I have extremely fast internet and the videos don't load. Definitely need some work. Edit: a new update was forced, now the app doesn't open at all. 2 stars to 1 star

Great app to support our business. Sometimes have issues highlighting selections. I have to back out and re-enter the page for it to show selections as highlighted. Galaxy S20 5G
