It's functional, but there's not much fun using the app and it does not support landscape mode, so no tablet support. You have to select one margin wallet and can't switch between one (e.g. USDT) and another (e.g. BTC). It has no graceful timeout, so as soon as your screen turns off you have to login again with PIN or fingerprint. Sometimes it fails to refresh so you have to force quit and start over. Make the app a joy to use and i'll glady add stars to my rating, but so far it feels clunky.

I have used the app for a good time now, its nice and clean, however it needs some improvements: When switching out and back into the app, i either have to use my fingerprint or do a complete login all over again. It would be nice to login one time only and then be able to just open the app without auth. Furthermore does the app switch back to the watchlist everytime i switch back into it after authing. If those things are fixed, the app would be much more comfortable. Thanks

The web browser application is fantastic, this app unfortunately is not. Having issues like needing to reauthenticate every few minutes, positions page not presenting i formation (just displays a blank page), and backend app "no connection" errors are not acceptable for a trading application. A few big fixes and this could be just a good as the browser version.

The support and overall experience gets 5 stars. The app gets 3 stars bcs It's way to laggy for trading. Auto sign out is terrible, too often, and adds excessive time When I go to a pair I should be able to see price and be able to submit or update trade immediately. extra data (charts, watchlist) adding lag time before a trade can be made...only to get "no data" and start again..hopefully still signed in...the actionable elements need to be primary and independent of informational elements

This application is a very good app, it's very good and friendly excellent interface. Currency making, deposit and withdrawal as easy as a click. But the network service is very slow sometimes, it still need some improvement.

App needs more improvement it has to be fixed.Whenever i open this app, it shows no connection. Charts will show on some pairs only. On other pairs, it shows NO DATA. When i close the app and reopens after some time, instead of showing watchlist, it shows log in or register menu so i have to log in all the time when i open this app. The passcode feature doesn't work properly. Please fix asap

Love the app love the platform would like to see ideal payments. A few small thing i found in the app is when you customise an ema or a sma it works fine on the chart you're on but if you go to a different chart it reverts back to default settings and you have to remove and add the ema/sma again to be able to change it again. Another one is that the app forgets which part of the menu you're in you have to select a different section first before you can get into the section you want. Huwawei p20

Very glad they finally added a quick fingerprint / face ID login. I did not like that the session was closed when the screen was minimized. Orders are executed quickly both in the web interface and in the application. Liquidity is good.

Recommendations for updates: - App needs to keep me logged in or even have the option to. - Needs fingerprint login. - Needs notifications when orders fill, stop loss is hit, deposit received etc. - Ability to set alerts for certain conditions. - Amount of BTC needs usd price next to it. - Needs to be a quick and simpleway to open/close trades, maybe with a widget.

The app is ok. Interface can be a bit to get used to but it does what it needs to. Could we pleeeease get a 4 hr and 12 hr time frame though? Or even better would be the ability to add custom times. This would improve things a lot.

Very Good. Excellent User Friendly interface. BTC is the acc. Currency making deposit and withdrawal as easy as a click. But there is need to work on the service, sometimes there is slow processing

Experience is good till now , I can now trade on the go using the app. User-friendly interface makes it a lot more easier for me to place quick buy/sell orders anytime and the most important part is the security of my funds I get. Looking forward to trade more and more.

Excellent low fees for active traders. I like your last progressive fee structure. One advice for those who plan to use the app. Downloading Google authenticator gives you double security. It must be avident for all :)

Android app doesn't have crosshair on chart, chart price candles spike significantly and differ from other platforms that I use. Only giving it 2 stars for the ease of entry and exit. Otherwise I would have given it a 1 star because of the price spikes that exist only on this platform. Edit: 5/19/20 I've been trading 15 years, you guys understand exactly what I mean when I say your platform spikes when others don't. It literally spikes with fraud. Worse than any other.

The application contains everything you need for profit trading. The application is competitive in my opinion compared to peers. Of course, there is room for development and I hope that the platform will integrate new crypto, forex pairs into the application.

The Android app has a cool colors as well as web version. Love it. Does not strain my eyes 😁 I hope they continue the improvements. Currently, there is a lot of work in a future.

Both the web and app are horrible none is loading. The site takes forever to load. The app can't even go past the login. Let's not get to the fees which btw is extremely too much. I close a position with profits but my balance keeps decreasing 😡 I have had enough with this

Navigating through the app is easy, opening and closing positions are easy, everything in the app is well thought and most importantly it is stable and there is no lag when trading.

Hooray finally added all the charts to the app. It used to be not very convenient. Now the charts are the same as in the web version. Plus sign for Touch-ID sign in.

Being able to trade multiple markets with BTC collateral is good, but why only BTC? Take profit and Stop loss in app needs projected BTC loss/win same as in web UI, having just price and distance does not help too much. Also, consider adding $ amount too in there. Please look at Bybit app if you want inspiration for how to improve your app. Overall is decent, but a lot of place for improvement. At the moment still Bybit best in crypto and Quantfury for access to all markets with crypto margin.

Your fees/spread is what's killing investors. I made usd40k on another platform and lost all on primexbt trading the same btc/usd. So go figure. Mobile platform version sluggish, non responsive buttons. Non scrollable or very erratic behaviour. Stop-loss/take profit/close trade buttons too small. Should have USD indicated next to BTC. Platform views can go berserk/haywire at times. Every second counts! A 2 second delay could mean a loss of $200 instead of winning that $200 just 2 seconds earlier

Please fix fingerprint login. It still randomly logs you out if u switch apps and asks for login details even though fingerprint lock is enabled. Very annoying when u need to trade/ close positions quickly! Please fix!

Friendly to use App, very transparency. A lot of useful features for beginners. Had only 1 trouble: The last update took a lot of time to download.

App keeps disconnecting, also i was in the red in one gold trade but also had two smaller trade witch were not to bad and were going to go green withi minutes, but primexbt closed all 3 trades, why didnt they just close the bad trade, looks like to me they just wanted to take my money, im thinking hard what to do, as there should be more time given even when i had funds to keep the other two trades going, just dont want this happening again when ever it suits them to close it, 🤔

Extremely unreliable. It's very annoying that the connection with the server it's dropped when the app is in the background.
