Can't sign in. Although I have an account and used to use School Max, this app isn't letting me login.
Doen't include update information for employees. Like Transportation Department, Maintnance, Clerical.. etc. Would be nice if they coukd add upcoming meetings for each Department.
The report card grades should be in app too. One stop shopping

At first it said I had 6 classes now it's saying I have 2 classes
The purpose of the app is to get notifications from the county. Not to see your classes or check your grades . The app to see classes and check your grades is BB District.

The purpose of the app is for all notifications especially concerning bus delays and no shows. I don't believe the County uses it.
Cannot log in. Constantly tells me that my login credentials are not correct however I can login from the computer
I like this app because now I can look at my school classes and other things, notice me senpai
I can't log into my student account it's constantly saying invalid log in and it won't send my email to change my password
I thought I'd get notifications about delays, early dismissals, and closings? Seems I have to open the app to see. I might as well turn on the news.

It could be better, obviously since it's a new app it could use improvements to the interface and the overall design, but its a good app. My only complaint is that you can't track your bus location using the app. Also you need to use single sign on to access your information.
More frustrating then helpful. I am supposed to be able to login to preview my kids' schedule for school using the SchoolMax registration ID in this app, and it says I have no account although logged in to the old portal simultaneously! And there is no help, only a school contact list directory and no one knows what to do! I cannot create another account. My son's school even asked me why I called them for this issue. After explaining that that's what the only available instructions stated, she told me that schedules won't be available until tomorrow anyway. WTH? I still cant log in, so... ? This isn't the good start we wanted for this year. So agitating. I spent 3 hours on this before writing this review and still, I am nowhere. So very frustrating. Ugh...
Found out you have to click single sign on to login.

It won't let me see what classes I have. Everytime it says invalid login or this doesn't exist....I'm tired of this and worried that maybe I didn't get into the school
I just reinstalled the app thinking that would work better this year, still glitches when I click any option and message pops up saying app not working properly to close app or wait for to respond 🤷♀️
