PrintBot

This works! It was easy to add my Laserjet 2100 (added network card) in this application manually adding the printer IP and selecting the model. I was then able to print directly from an android application. It may need some added adjustments to print images at the expected dimensions. Although, I tried HP's application and several others, and no other application could even setup a printer to even print a document.

**Edit: you do need to get a paid versin for this to work fully. they give you 3 free prints then start outting big watermarks all over your pages for every print after that. App still works well. I guess nothing good is free** After searching forever for a free App/Plugin to work for my static IP address (non wifi) printer, this is the only one that worked without any gimmicks or BE to make you sign uo for premium just to print. This worked on my Brother OKI C610 colour laser. Thank you!

The said "- Free version allows printing of 3 images or PDF documents per month (after that, a watermark is added on each page). PDFs are restricted to 3 pages" Im getting a comment at the end of the page staying that it was printed with printbot!

I have to give it 5 star. Been searching for an app to print to a USB printer connected to a router, and nothing worked. Why didn't I find it sooner? Edit: oh well, the paid version still prints watermark. And the connection to my printer does not always work.

Works with my old USB printer connected to router FritzBox but sometimes I am getting time out error. I suppose some external service is involved and has problem with performance.

I have an old 2006 MP530 that works like new but has no wireless capability. I have it ran through my router setup with LPR. I could not find any official/non official app that could see it. Appreciate the work you do, you saved me from having to buy a new printer. Will be purchasing the pro version. Thank you!!

Days of HP sauce and frustration cured! I used HP ePrint for ages then it stopped finding my printer. Other HP products worked occasionally then would stop for no reason. PrintBot found my printer immediately and works very fast - maybe only with PDFs but that's a good start! Well done and very light on storage and processing. HOWEVER I think you could allow a bit more than 3 sheets print/3 prints per month on the trial. I have now coughed up the very reasonable £3 for pro version which works!

Works perfectly! I've got an old HP Photosmart C4400 printer hooked up to a DD-WRT router client bridge. Now I don't need to buy a new printer! This is the only app that has worked for me, and even lets me print natively in other apps. Thank you!

After waiting for years for such an app , I can finally print to my old ( Hp laserjet pro P1102 ) which is connected to my dd-wrt router using usb cable , great job !! , I just hope i could select the printing resolution , as i think the printer defualt speed is at low speed high quality mode .

Works with my old Brother printer. Would like to upgrade, BUT: not obvious how, the Pro app doesn't show up for me in the Store, email to support (about giving them money!) went unanswered. Not inspiring confidence.

Only app out of about 10 or more I tried that actually saw my printer and printed from my Samsung Tab A. Could not read my sd card but it worked going through my network file explorer, NAS, usb connected Samsung CLP-310 laser printer. Even though Samsung print app saw my printer, it never printed so this will be one of the very few apps I will buy.

Nice but.. I've just paid for the full app to be able to print more than 3 pages only to find out that when I set A4 and print to A4 paper the PDF is just cut on the sides, unusable and no settings to fix it

Only print service that been able to detect my Network usb server printer. Only issue is unable to print multiple copies even the count was specified in setting also sometimes printer connection resets thus printer error. Pls fix. Tnx

Works well. I've always had issues with Samsung printer drivers. This one works with no issues.

Used to work really well. Currently having problems as the app tells me to refresh or enable xenofx in the settings. As far as I can see this is enabled and I don't know how to refresh. I've turned off and on again but no joy. Please could you advise how to solve this on android?

Greedy! prints out "Evaluation version" in the bottom left of a page over the top of the doccument. never did this before. total greed. I can understand showing adds but that is just a dick thing to do!

HP apps don't work - PrintBot works. Only app working correctly with Jet Direct connected printers without running an extra print server. Perfect.

I emailed the developer to add the driver of i-SENSYS MF4010 Canon printer to the app. Sadly, I got no reply. This is disappointing because the app has the potential to be better.

Can add old paralel printers that dont have network natively but that with a print server and this app I'll able to print to it from phone wirelessly. Added a HP deskjet from 03.

OK just not great. Epson Workforce 610 worked. But not my new Brother MFC-J9850W-EX. I'm using the Brother app. Plus this app would not work for all apps. The brother app does.

Awesome! Worked for my Samsung ML-2525 attached to a Hawking network print server. The $4 pro version did remove the watermark for me, as well. Thank you devs!

Handles LPR network printers but adds a massive watermark after printing 2 pages. Also no control over color management, scaling etc

Hl-3170cdw missing from printers list. Didn't manage to set up the printer. Any compatible would be great advise.

My HP Laser jet P1007 does not printing even a single test page. After purchasing the app doesn't seem to work. Refund the purchasing amount.

Test page hangs printer on lpr connection but finally I just tried printing my own document and works fine. :-)

Great app, looking for days something like this. Maybe it is for advanced users with technical knowledge.

Printbot evaluation version watermark ruined my print job. Where exactly did you state this is evaluation version embedded with watermarks all over the printed pages???

YESSSSS Finally I found android application to print from my android to my raspberry pi, using CUPS address 🎉🎊😄 Thank you developers!! Even HP smart couldn't do it 😵😵😵

Works perfectly with my canon PIXMA mg2450 connected via USB to my ASUS router hosting an LPR server. Now I can print from my phone!
