I would rate this app at a 3 [best 3 1/2]. It would function better if we could limit paper usage by indicating two-sided or one. At time the docs get lost in the cloud and you must repeat your send. Maybe it's the weather? It would also be great to recapture any print previouslys sent even if it has been erased from you 'print history' screen as a safety measure. 4/3/21 Just used app again and find it doesn't have a page range any longer for printing????
User Interface is not at all intuitive or easy to use. I was only able to get it working after an hour or so of trial and error. e.g. Search doesn't show results until button is pressed, meaning you can't tell if the results are going to be a massive list or no results where the screen doesn't change.. as happens when trying to search on a partial printer email address (e.g. carrick-bw@). Another example of software written without any consideration of the end user or use-cases.
Hi, I can't change the color print tab to black and white. It simply doesn't respond. I was successful using it the first time several days ago printing colored document at Bellevue Library in Washington state. I should be able to change the tab from color to black and white but it simply doesn't respond to the command when I wanted to change it. Printing color when you're actually printing black and white means less copies that I can print here at library. Please do something. Thank you so mu
Printeron app is very impressive, professionally setup, very easy to use and very convenient. Keep up the great job.
It's just easier to use I can switch from black and white it's really simple just go to your printer and will tell you which one and what you need to use so I love it
It worked great at first but a week later it decided to get stuck on 'rendering document', closing app, restarting phone, force stopping, does not help. Using S8 Plus. This is a reliabilty problem.
This is an amazing app to have when you need to print something from your phone to a printer it has made so easy. The public libraries and other Wi-Fi computer can be used with this app
When you want to print multiple photos there is no way to select them all at once and send all of them to the printer. You can only do them one by one.
I went to the library with help printing a downloaded PDF file on cell phone and one of the librarians help me set up this app and successfully print my documents using it. Great app and I will always be able to use it now myself now that I know how to use it.
This app is fine to understand but it took my money twice without giving me a product, kept saying no credits and wouldn't release the document. As it's a stand alone machine no one was around to help and now I'm out of cash and have no way to get my stuff.
worked for about 5 minutes then just kept shutting down over and over. Tried the app with my chromebook and my smart phone. Same thing with both devices.
Only way to print from phone at local library. Kind of a pain to have to look up your library on a map of the United States to get it to work right. Not very clear on how to use unless you ask the librarian
Great program I can take my phone into my public library have something all stored in there going to this program and print through my library system without having to sit at their computers and re-enter all this information over again
Supports a wide range of formats but won't allow selection of multiple documents to print. Can only select individual docs each time
I wouldn't use it but unfortunately I am forced to by my school. Terrible, underdeveloped app that is not only slow, but also looks and feels terrible to use
Horrible app to download!... Library makes it sound easy but it's not. Stupid choice for Library to use for people to print during Pandemic
Worked great for a quick print at the Mesa County Library. I only needed to use this one time.
Doesn't work for me. I have a Samsung 8 plus phone and the program stops when I try to print.
Only works half the time, after every update jobs always fail so I have to uninstall and re set it up every time
Didn't work, allowed me to upload the files just didn't print
Its so convenient to be able to print from my phone at the library. I love it!
2days it taken but never connect with my Epson printer.. Its worst app.. Wastage of time..

Not what I expected! Yes easy to get to on app but getting the docs I needed printed from it to place...nope nothing. I got 2 out of 10. And people at the GV library were no help what so ever!!
