Printful

The staff is friendly and the desktop experience is pretty fair, however the app is pretty horrible. Even with excellent strength WiFi or mobile connection,the apps connection to the server is horrible. I am hardly ever able to view my order details as it says a connection error has occurred. The app forces closes from time to time as well. It just seems very buggy and is irritating to use. I've done basic toubleshooting to no avail. (Clear Cache, Restart, Uninstall/Reinstall, OS up to date)

That app is good. I cannot make a sample order or a basic order from the app for some reason. which is super inconvenient for when I'm not at my computer and out and about and I get a order for a template I have.

great. Hoping to let us design on the app too. Sometime we had no extra time to use the interent at an computer. But it was still great.

A great and easy way to make your own merchandise with ease. A very affordable option that works great with Shopify a well as other websites. My favorite feature is the chat box icon where you can discuss any questions you may have 24 hours a day with a representative. really useful feature. 💯

All of a sudden when I want to download mockups or swap a product out from the product template or trying to add a product to the store the app crashes. Talked to Printful and I was told it was on my end. Some help would be nice.

Not nice of them to say that you can make designs from the app but in reality you can't. Or at least you can't design product templates like on the main site. Their website is good but false advertising is what gets you the 4 stars.

Not what they made it seem it would be. It's basically just data and status. That's it. You can't work from the app AT ALL the way you can with many others. I like Printful but this app is pretty much a waste if you want to work on your tablet or phone. For that, you have to go into your browser anyway and you can look at the same thing. So why would I ever need this? The app functions and runs well. It's just not useful nor that practical either.

Very Very expensive average quality products. You can't get any benifits from selling anything through Printful. 👎👎👎

I couldn't be much more of a fanboy! I've been using Printful for two years now to send customized gifts and run my webshop from the Caribbean. What a treasure! Thank you Printful!

Excellent at filling orders. They make it easy to sell online and printful cuts out all the headaches and let's you express your own art and brand online..amazing company

Bigoted app, they let me produce BLACK LIVES MATTER products with no problem, but when I submitted WHITE LIVES MATTER material they say they "don't meet their acceptable terms of use".

My other posts seem to be deleted for some reason this app is absolutely terrible don't bother getting it I wasn't able to use anything every item it told me was not available in my region yet when I'm on the website everything works seamlessly and smooth they need to put some serious work into developing a good app or just scrap it all together and have a web-based platform only

First of the app is not easy to use. 2nd their products are too expensive and when u put it up for sale nobody will buy.

It's a great app for when I want to design and order something on the fly. However, it's not great for maintaining items I have listed on Etsy that I may want to tweak. To do that, I have to use my computer even though the interface is essentially the same. If I'm missing something, please let me know.

I am satisfied with printful's service. This app also works well. But I faced a very big issue with this app. Sometimes I get logged out from this app without any reason. And then this app doesn't allow me to sign in again. It says: Uh-oh! Unexpected error occured. This is the second time I am facing this issue. ( I have tried after clearing all data and cache but no results ). So you should fix this problem. And yes, you also should make this app a bit faster. It takes time to load anything.

I love you guy's products so not go leave a bad review. But im cannot for the life of me connect Printiful to my Shopify store. I have change passwords deleted and downloaded the app more than once. I have plenty of storage everything is up to date. Not understanding the constant crashing in the app and the web. Bit of help here please?...

Hi. Just downloaded the app with hopes to use Printiful on the go. I understand the Capcha, but the screen is smaller when using the phone and I went through 10 grainy windows with 9 nine small pics just for it to say my password was wrong. I cant see the pictures well. Its too much just to log on. Maybe another or better verification method can be used. Ill be unstalling this.

Didn't realize this was just an app to be notified and watch your sales states, nothing more really. It works perfectly for that reason alone, but was hoping to be able to design and add the products on the go, once that's possible, I'll see about giving a better rating.

I downloaded the app and I'm signed in, but can't find my saved product designs anywhere, so the app is useless.

App was buggy for a second. Printful team reached out with a solution. Printful primary service is amazing! It's really helped small business grow. It also makes it very easy to order personalized clothing for my company. Keeping us looking professional at events. Thanks guys!

Soooo annoying I live in Puerto Rico but don't speak Spanish very well. The website doesn't allow me to view the site in English. I contacted customer support and she advised me to use the app instead. Noq can see it in English BUT every time I log out y defaults back to freaking Spanish. Also, the app doesn't have the option of saving your password. So you always have to login all over again. Screw this. I'll have to use a desktop.

I do not like the new layout, products in an order used to be in a list where you can see all the details in one line. Now I have to slide through a carousel and actually click on every product to see the price. Please change it back or at least give us an option.

Never had any problems until recently. Not sure if there was an update but I've been forced to sign in again but it won't let me because I signed up with my social account. Every time I try to login with my Google account I get directed to the sign up page. So basically I've been blocked from using the app. Very inconvenient.

Edit- Rectifird itself, perfect app to check order status etc on the go. 5*.... Great for checking orders, fulfillment etc, but when I click on dashboard, it just says "nothing there" and to retry, even though its clearly connected to my account. Get this fixed amd it's a solid app....p

Love this company! One of the best I've ever used! I'm always beyond happy with whatever I order online! However, as far as this app goes, I'm unable to give a positive review because it refuses to load the customization screen. Unfortunate, as I really want to try it. Again, this review is only for the app! The company itself is outstanding!! Sidenote: I'm running Android 11.

Now it takes forever to load!! Pick on a product that I want to do a design on and it does not load it just continues sitting at the load screen. And this experience is making it worse because I've only designed and ordered one product just to see how it would turn out now that I want to order more the app is now garbage!

What a very bad app experience for a starter. I can't sign up. I enter my email I use for all sign ups then printiful says it's not valid... Really?? See I click sign in it says incorrect password or email. That's understandable because I am a new user who want to register so I click sign up. I just tried again after your response it says my email is invalid. Maybe you can create the account for me using your system because i am unable to.

Installed ok, logged in ok and could see my first order that I made to test out Printful. However since then every time I try to use it, it just pauses for a few seconds then says oops, something went wrong try again later. Not a great start, totally unusable. Do you actually test your app before launching? UPDATE: I logged out of the application and logged back in, and it now seems to be running OK. i can review my orders. Hopefully it will be Ok from now on. As such i have updated the score to 3.
