I'm not one who these things come easy to but if I could do it anyone can do it. It was awesome and the thought of not having to go wait for another person to finish and for you to then be rushed looking at your pictures is great. You'll get to the store and pick up your pictures. It's great.
Totally useful and way better than having to go into the store and picking all your pictures on the computer there instead you can be at home choose from your gallery and then send the pictures over and then pick them up when they're ready extremely useful love this app
HORRIBLE! About 1/3 of the pictures I printed were cropped totally wrong. When I submitted them on the app, I went through and carefully adjusted each one. Now I have to reprint them and pay for them again (via another photo printing service). Also, when I went to pick up the pictures (got an email they were done), two of them weren't printed, and the Walgreens employee had stuffed a larger photo into a small envelope so it was bent. Bad experience all around, starting with the app.
App was easy to pick photos, but buggy and prints were horrible quality. Don't ever pick the greeting card option, because it's just a $1+ per 5x7 photo. Rip off.
I really like this app. It's very convenient and easy to use. Photos turned out well & it was fast! The only thing that I do not like is I keep getting reminders to pick up my order then it's was picked up two days ago! It is very annoying to keep getting remembers everyday, sometimes more then once. Please fix this issue.
Didn't need full Walgreens app, just wanted photo print capability. It does that. HOWEVER - after it notifies you that your photos are ready there is no way to tell it to STOP. It keeps sending notifications. A week later and it was still sending notifications. Uninstalled it.
I sent an order through and still two days later the Walgreens it was sent to never got it. Emailed support and got no response for a few days. It was about nine bucks so instead I used Walgreens app and uploaded the same order and it was only five bucks so a little fishy. Not worth the trouble.
Wow, that was easy! Got 15 photos from upload to printing in like 3 minutes! (precropped photos) I'm surprised.
Super easy to use and it's great being able to select photos straight from your phone and Google photos!
I used for the firstt time and they texted me and needed some photos it told me preparing photos. I order some and they didn't email to let me know if they received the order or when it was ready
I mean it worked the one time I used it. But days later I'm still getting "don't forget, your order is ready for pickup" notifications so I'd be hard pressed to install it again. You also can't even view past orders so this app seems pretty bad at its hyperspecific purpose.
It's Dec. 23rd and I spent 3 hrs uploading and editing my order of family photos which we planned to be Christmas gifts for my whole family. Once i was ready to complete the order it wouldn't let me because it said 1 of the pics didn't belong to the specified device and gave a photo# that was about 80 digits long. There was no way to identify which of the 96 photos it was. I couldn't even look at the "names" of the photos to check which one was not owned by me. Biggest letdown of Christmas!!!
Experience in NZ is very poor. Bad communication between the Printicular app and Warehouse Stationery. It would have been faster and easier to print the photos myself and mail them myself.
I keep getting push notifications that I need to pick up my order ..... That I already picked up. Please fix this and add a way to view past orders. It's nice to be able to order from home, but the app needs a lot of work!
Quick and easy! Love it! Have not seen my prints yet though. Let's see how Walgreen prints are? I will be back.
Great experience. This is my first time. The staff member at the shop was great and very patient with this pensioner. 😆😆
Very easy to navigate with this app. I will be printing more pictures.
Simple and efficient! Easy to navigate. Easy to choose print sizes, edits, or anything you need!! Love this app!
I have always had good service and prints from them. If I had a bad focus they didn't charge me
This is by far the easiest experience I've ever had ordering prints. The only problem is that I continue to receive emails saying my order is ready when I've already picked them up.
Really easy to import pictures from Google photos. I had problems using a coupon code advertised on the Walgreens website, and it would be helpful if the method for adding a second copy of each photo in the order was a little more obvious. I think it's on the checkout page, but I only saw it after I had manually added a second copy to each shot.
It is simple to use and makes it very easy to print off pictures. Some things they could work on, being able to save your pictures when you want to pause halfway through. Also when you are printing 50 different photos in a 4x4 sizing, you have to scroll through all of the sizing options for all 50 pictures. This can drive you ever so slightly mad
The app is easy to use. I use the android version on my personal phone and the iPad version at school. Both are simple to understand. I always pay and pickup at my local Walgreens, so I don't know if other payment/delivery options are available. I am not tech savvy at all but it only took me a time or two to become comfortable with this app. I crop/enlarge the photos on my phone/iPad before printing. Don't know if you can do that in the app. (Originally reviewed app in 2019. Still using it!)
After your picture selections, make sure to view the pictures carefully. It will auto crop your pictures and you may lose something within the picture without you realizing it unless you check. Other than that it is fast, easy and convenient. I have used it many times with good results. Devon
Disappointing. I ordered two sentimental family photo prints and upon arrival I received one correct print but the other was a photo of complete strangers. They had insisted that that was the image I had sent through but my partner & I had both triple-checked the print preview before we sent the order. We've never had any issues with Printicular prior to this and the prints have always been completed in good time, but next time we will opt to use the self-service kiosk located in store.
Really disappointed the 6 x 4 photos came out as 3 x 4 with huge white borders either side of them. Had to cut them off and end up with tiny photos. Emailed Printicular and got not response. Reluctant to use it again unless can have some guarantee it won't happen again. I see others have had the same issue months ago and still not fixed. Pretty gutted as it was so much quicker and easier than going into shop and the photos looked fantastic apart from this issue.
I love the convenience of choosing and cropping my pictures on my phone! I love that all I need to do is just stop by Walgreens and pay for them when they're ready. My request to the developers: 1. there is an option available at the in-store kiosks that is NOT available in the app. The "fit to frame" button in cropping. Please add the "fit to frame" button for cropping photos in app! 2. Please stop telling me my photos are ready after I've already picked them up
