Prioritize Me! - Goals & Todos

GOALSPrioritizer helps you rank a series of goals or options which are most attractive to you. Enter as many as you like different goals to which you or your family aspire:
- Short-term goals (Which movie to see? Which vehicle to buy? Which college to attend?..)
- Long-term goals (Where to take a great vacation this summer? Where to invest to secure a comfortable retirement?..)
The Prioritizer will then ask you a series of questions that force you to choose between each possible pair of goals. Based on your answers, it will then compute a preference score for each goal and an overall rank order for the list.

Daniel DoughtyThat's a nice tool. If it's something like what I've been using lately, it's a sort of whiteboard brainstorming sort of exercise. You sit down and just write down any goofy idea that you would like to do. Renovate an old house. Pay off the mortgage. Learn to fly. Quit your job and volunteer to spank penguins in Antarctica...etc. I then used my own analysis to break down the ideas into my GTD system. This is helping me take some risks with moving jobs and in other areas that I would otherwise let slip by me.

I love this app! I struggle with prioritizing things when I get overwhelmed. This app just asks simple questions about 2 tasks at a time and from your answers, it does the leg work. I got a new phone and thought my old apps synced. This one didn't and it is the one I immediately downloaded again because it makes my life so much simpler. Thank you for such a simple and perfect app!! Could not rate any higher.
Great app, forcing the user to make choices between 2 goals or tasks in writing in front of them is the core design of what makes this app fantastic and unique. Forcing these kinds of decisions clearly written out leads to more rational decisionmaking, better actions, and more success. Do not ever change that, design everything around it and you will have a great app. Another great strength for this app is the simplicity, try to keep everything simple as you continue to design it.
Praying this app helps me organize my things to do by learning how to prioritize. So far so good. I listed 8 things to do and the app uses a formula that mixes and matches each task, has you select which task is more important, then sorts the task from high to low. I think it's a great tool now all I have to do is complete each task. Wish me luck 😃
This is an outstanding app. Is there anything like it out there? Someone mention it because I sure have not found. I can't believe it is abandoned!!! Thank the stars that it works on my phone. This app let's me organize in a careful, meticulous and in an organized way from most important to least the things I have to deal with in my life. Many times I cannot fully understand what is more important to do, I panic and I give up or do what is not as important to me by the end of the day. This seems to be the only app that does what it does in this specific way. I need to use this app to calm down and do what is on the list as it is laid out. Remember, you are the one who made every decision on the list in this order. The app made it cristal clear for you that you want things in this important order. When re-reviewing, you realize your natural uncertainty of what to do cannot be questioned as the final ordered choices you made on the list was made by you during the clearest manner possible.
Excellent and simple. I like how it prompts you to compare tasks to arrive at a prioritized list. Very clever. The only thing that is not clear is whether your list is saved once prioritized. I thought there should be a button to click to Save.
I looked through many many apps trying to find a to-do list. This one was the only one I could find that I could use to prioritize. I didn't want blocks or times. I just wanted to put things in the order I wanted to do them. Also, it is definitely worth it to pay for more lists. I have one for each day. I also have some checklists for various tasks. So useful, so easy and you do it your way!😁
I am not happy w this app at the moment. I transferred one list to my shopping list. But after that I could not open to the prioritize me app. Everytime, I tried it would bring up my shopping app. I decide to delete off the app bec I didnt know how to get to my prioritize me files back. Most the time, I like this app.
Invaluable. Too bad it was abandoned in 2013. This should be a submodual of every To-Do on the market. Standalone, it's great. But it would be better if I could call it/invoke it for any single sub tier/level in a To-Do list or for the entire To-Do list.
When I want to objectively rank a list of items, this app helps me accomplish it very well. By directly comparing two items at a time, it will rank the items for me, and the result will be a list I agree with. Simple, great, and effective app. Thank you for creating it.
Solid prioritization helper, this app has a great way of really breaking things down to you so that you can quit wondering which thing to do first... And just do it, already. (Sneaker off, n!ke, lol) It's sharing of your lists works great, too. Unfortunately it hasn't been updated since 2013.
App is good but there should be some easy way to see if my list is already prioritised. Everytime I prioritise, it still shows "reprioritise" at bottom. If I forget whether list is updated or not, there is no easy way to know that.
Simple and easy way to list and prioritize your tasks, projects etc. You can also decide what to buy, if you have 200$ spare. Just make the list. ;-) Or what to do with your spare time etc. Using the "share" option, you can send the list in text or pdf format to a number of places and programs.
Great app that helps me decide which thing I need to do is more important than the other. I normally have a terrible time with prioritizing but this app helps me really focus on deciding which things I need to get done first. The only thing that I wish the app had was a way to print out my lists.
I love this app. This app has so much of potential. Its so basic yet it has such positive impact on personal productivity. It helps me stay focused. It reduces stress and task overwhelm. I didn't know where to start on my task list now I know how yo work methodically based on my priorities.
I love this app. This app has solved many of my issues with what I should focus on first. It forces me to choose which task is more important a number of times and works out the priority of this based on my choices each time. would love this to be an online app too.
I love how they manage the priority by our choice. Its fun and feels good at the same time! The design its also quite simple. I think Im going to buy the pro one for sure..
WASTE OF TIME!!! DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE PEOPLE WHO RATED IT 5 STARTS- READ ON & YOU'LL UNDERSTAND! It only worked 1 time free, constantly prompts you to rate it, but the only in-app choice is to give it 5 stars. Once you close & re-open app, you have to pay money to keep using it, which I'm not going to do, so I wasted my time downloading the app, trying to figure out how to use it, & uninstalling it. As some said, it COULD have been a great app.
Grwat idea, but needs an option to prevent including completed tasks when you reprioritise. Also the ability to import from a text file would be nice.
Very helpful for breaking down big projects / tasks into small tasks and figuring out what needs to get done first. Also helpful when you have free time and not sure what show you want to watch lol
Pretty cool! And simple! I found that the prioritization aligns with what my intuition tells me, but it is confirming to see it "written" .
The app is not compatible with the swiftkey keyboard. I use swiftkey as my keyboard always and would not trade it just to use this app. Typing doesn't work with swiftkey enabled in this app though.
Haven't found any other app as effective as this one when it comes to prioritizing, the developer needs to improve it even more cause this is app really helps in prioritizing any task, idea or goals that one might have quite effectively.
It kept on insisting on giving them 5 stars. I just got the app and it seems simple, but in a good way. Seems promising. Bit annoying that theyre already pressuring me to rate it.
I installed five minutes ago and it keeps prompting me to give a five star review in order to keep using... I've no idea if it's any good yet. I can respect the hustle but way to be super annoying. Uninstalling...

Helps quickly clarify what I actually prioritize among a large list of to do's. Simple, no frills, does the job, helps me get the job done.
I have been looking for this app/software since 1987. I had an old DOS BASIC program. Great to see this available for smart phones.
Great UI, handles nicely. But I thought it would treat urgency and importance as different things, which of course they are (à la Eisenhower method). I need reminders too. Good, perhaps great, if you have a relatively uncomplicated life with few responsibilities, or maybe if you use the app for only one area of life, or one project. eg I imagine it would be invaluable for keeping on top of schoolwork. Or, say, organising one single event. I need something more sophisticated.
