Can't even log in. Reset password twice and still nothing. Tells me that the username or password is incorrect. It doesn't allow me to toggle to make sure that I'm typing it in correctly, the only thing I can assume is that it just doesn't work on Android phones. Would give it zero stars if I could.
Its 2022 and technology is important when choosing healthcare. Not being able to log into the app for 4+ days is absolutely unacceptable. It looks like it's a common theme and you've done zero about it. I'll be shopping my insurance around for sure since you couldn't care less about your clients.
App is a piece of garbage. The last 3 weeks I haven't been able to log in due to "server issues on their end." Tried to contact them and they just wanted information to access my account. I told them it wasn't an account issue, it was their app. Obviously, nothing got done. Tried logging in directly through the website and got the same error. You'll just have to wait for your forest killing paper statements in the mail.
There is something seriously wrong here. I've been trying to login for two days now and I just can't, I'm stuck staring at a loading bar. It also keep telling me my browser is outdated even though it's definitely not.
Prompts me to update the app, but no update is available. Update 5/20/22. When logging in, app encounters error and force stops on each attempt
I'll have to resort to logging in online. This apps a complete waste of my time from the time I registered. I recieved an email saying it was ready now it still will not let me log in.
Could not log into app or website. They did an update and locked my acct. Got website fixed and was told that should fix the app, but app still locked.
This app used to work great. Now when I enter my login info it crashes. I have to go online and login on their website.
Wow. You need to find a new developer. At least come up with an interesting splash screen if you're going to require us to stare at it for ages while waiting for the sign-in page. Being forced to leave the app to perform account actions is clunky and unprofessional. Oh, and an "Oops, this is awkward" error page is beyond awkward; If I'm seeing that message, it means that I was unable to access important info/services related to my account (like Virtual Care). Get it together, people.
This app stinks! My husband is having some issues that are not life threatening, but they are bothering him. It's cold and snowing here and we would much rather just video chat with a doctor. NOPE!! app allows me to log in but that is it. I click on video doctor and nothing. I have tried restarting app, uninstalling, reinstalling, restarting my phone. nothing worked and I have come to think nothing will ever work. Do Not Waste Your Time!
My recent claims have not updated since April of 2021. I've updated App and even uninstalled and installed many times but claims won't update.
Can't even open the app and sign in. It crashes every time since the last update. Absolutely worthless.
This app is constantly crashing. I can't even open the app and get logged in without the app stopping.
Crashes everytime I try and log in. This has gone on for weeks. As a health app it should work better.
This is a horrible non function app.. the latest greatest problem is that it won't let you open the up until you update the app.. and it sends you to the play store, where their is no update! Last Update was March 21, 2021.. this is 1/20/22! So I uninstall the app, reinstall the app.. open the app, same message and a link to where? Here! And it's been like this for days! And prior to this their server was down for days! Useless app.. useless app!
Update: app is completely broken now. The new 2 factor authentication is a PIA that's completely useless, even my banks don't use this much security without consent, and at least their's works. Good luck talking to anyone without a 2+ hour hold. Uninstalling the app completely as a waste of time and space. Cost estimator is hardly ever accurate, now is completely broken, both in app and on the website. No centralization of data, instead opening multiple websites for various information

can't get passed the log in page, the app crashes every single time i enter my log in info.
This app is junk! I downloaded the app. It's trying to tell me it needs an update and my chrome needs an update. Which is incorrect. I go back to the store looking for an update and nothing is there! No log in page, no create account page. Nothing. Wasted time
Terrible experience, could not get it to work. After setup, tried to sign in to my account with same username and password as I used to setup the account. The app said it was incorrect and then it locked my account. I would give this app a zero if that was an option.
Well, I was excited about the prospect of keeping track, but after reading all the comments below, think I'll pass on this one ! Thanks to everyone who took the time to grade this app. I couldn't even get the app to work from an email from them. It said tap here to get the app. The first attempt said "Page not found" The second attempt, it showed their name, and just kept on searching after a few minutes, I backed out of it. This was going to be my 3rd attempt but thanx to YOU guy's, gotta pass
The app and website do not work. It constantly says server error. I've never had such an issue with any other company before. It's a good insurance plan, but almost not worth it with how buggy the app is. I quite honestly cannot access anything about my plan.
Can't Use It! It tells me there was a technical error on their end and try again later. Well, I've "tried again later" several times for about 3 months and still can't get in. I love Priority Health insurance, but this app is the WORST!
The Priority Health app isn't very good. It's confusing, especially the area that shows recent claims. For the past 8 months, it continues to show my most recent claim as March 2020, which is incorrect. Why isn't their tech support concerned about fixing this problem? Also when I attempt to search for doctors treating adults, it includes names of pediatric doctors. This is a big waste of my time, making phone calls only to find the doctor treats children.
Okay so log in without biometrics and use your password and they will send a one-time authentication for you to use. After you do that you should be able to use the app. Mine was crashing and now it isn't. Its a good app but maybe needs to updated more often. Hope this helps people using this app!
Trying to pay bill, says that it will take me to outside site, and it doesn't. Just an endless loop.
Can't use it. It says that I haven't given permission for the app to access everything it wants, but all has been set to allow. So it will only load to a blank page. Total garbage and totally unacceptable.
Keep getting kicked out of the app. Getting error there is a bug.
Nothing but problems since changing whatever was changed in the beginning of 2022. I can't even install the updated version. Junk!!!!!!!!!!!
Have never been able to open the app, it always comes up with a loading error and it does the same on the browser. Doesn't matter what I am on for internet whether wifi or whatever, doesn't work.
