Recent update makes the user interface more complicated, and requires a subscription to obtain the simpler and faster, classic layout which was previously offered for free. They made the app worse and now make you pay for average. To add insult to injury, the "Upgrade Now" button seems to be unresponsive.
It's definitely a great app to check it. But there is a problem. Mostly to turn off distractions and to focus (that's what this app mean for) I often go to places which don't have network coverage or WiFi. But as this app being online it's difficult to do something on it. But my situations are forcing me to go for some other not good offline priority matrix like fourdo. That app is not great and have any good feature like you do but it's offline. I think you will definitely find a solution
Overall app is good, but it can help the task planners if there would be an option which can alarm once along with notification.
I absolutely love this app. I have tried so many different task managing apps and for me this is the best. Easy to add tasks and easy to quickly move tasks aroun between boxes and projects. I love the icons too, and how you can rename the boxes, and change their colour. Thank you for making an app that is a joy to use! x
A "trash (delete)" icon is really extremely helpful (but it is deleted now) and time saving "matrix view" !!! Around a year earlier, user could click and push the item that I want to delete to "trash" icon, then I can delete the item immediately. But now, user have to open the item > find the icon with 4 horizontal lines > and click "delete item", which cause more steps and it become much disturbance which is definitely not efficiency.
- Under Development app, work on too many devices that the dev doesn't focus. - Slow response, I've report a bug, the reply was like just to tap back, but no commitment to fix - Instead of being concrete on certain bug, offered me 3 months free, but in the end, she left me expire without anything. I followed up many times already . . . Edit 21 Nov after the update: I unsubscribed already
I thought I had finally found the perfect planning app. I could organise and prioritise my tasks on one screen, and I could share and sync across platforms and with colleagues. And then I got the notification that my trial period was up and I would have to pay £10 per month per team member to continue. I work in the public sector and there is no way I can ask for work to pay, and I certainly can't ask my colleagues to pay, so that's it. Very disappointed and frustrated.
Really liked this app at first but hit a pay wall and realized there's no free version. Only an annual subscription, not even monthly. Kinda boned now because I can't even see my tasks to move them to a different app. I'm not using it for anything besides daily tasks, so not worth paying for.
The app UI looks but dated. Also it leaves a lot to be desired, such as i can not drag drop the items in Inbox to the Project quadrants.It has a lot of potential, if I was the developer, i would make the interface more lucid like Any.do.
Looking for something that can combine importance and urgency. 1 minute testing, and uninstalled. Could not locate way to add 'importance' and 'effort' like screenshot shows. Also could not locate Settings to rollback interface to screenshot.
Key to being organized, stop stressing about things you need to do. This app does it all. I use it all day long at work, then at night to organize my personal items. Endless functionality.

Great for organizing my life. I first used this as an executive assistant and loved it that i started my own account for personal use. The free version is ok but the best perks of this app in the first place is how it syncs to everything but you must pay for that, which to me is worth the investment. This app is WORTH every penny.
Android app doesn't provide any option to sign in via personal e-mail address. What's the meaning of allowing that feature to Windows-32bit app? No logic I find. Either you allow at all or none.
First time I've actually felt compelled to write a review. Unfortunately, it just didn't do it for me. I love making thing's super organised and way way over what things need to be to get a job done. However, for me, this was one step too far. So much more complicated than it needed to be. I might be missing something and I'm open to learning.
I like the app and love the Eisenhower matrix, but to me the UI makes this app hard to use. The buttons are quite small to tap and the overall organisation of the interface confuses me.
Most worst experience i faced. keep on adding duplicate tabs whlie syncing. some time app is crashing. idea is good but faild some kind of syncing problem. i uninstalled this app
This us the only app that has everything I need to stay productive. My only complaint is sometimes it crashes and has different visual glitches but the work arounds are simple so I give it 5 stars.
No way to mark tasks complete in Android. Interface is slow, which would only be acceptable if the feature set was outstanding.
don't download this app. Check the AbOUT page then check the UPDATE date. Devs are focusing on the PC app and Apple app. Google play shouldve delete this app already. I deleted the desktop app too since the SYNC was broken. I'm only using the WEB APP.
So much potential. Recognising that we think about projects in different ways at different times. I wish there was a way that it had memory of the task configuration under the different matrix options in the same project.
Very buggy and glitchy. It actually crashed and I lost all my projects and notes. What a disaster
Is this app not working anymore ? After installing it on my Samsung J7 Duo Pro phone - app is blank white screen. Too bad. Seemed like a great concept

#Careful, Possible Scam# This app does not allow you to cancle your subscription. I had to block my card to do so.
Can't even try the app. I had to register with a work email. And i don't have one.
So far so... Okay? I was getting pretty frustrated with this version not being able to delete the default project, but was able to figure it out pretty easily when I switched over to the iPad version. Also, I need more notification settings. Don't waste my time with notifications for "trending" posts if it's only trending for being my most recent thing I've commented on. Give me custom settings so I can only be notified on new content from teammates or direct messages or anything more useful.
