This app is terrible, I've had to re download it twice and change passwords and it works one day and then won't recognize Id or password again leaving me to have to call customer service again to reset. It's awful. Can I give it a neg-1 star
Very seldom had any problems at all but when I updated to a newer phone now it takes forever to get in if I even get in at all. Don't know if they updated the app or what but at this time Im growing to hate this app.
I've had a good experience. But now I can't sign in on the app or the website. I tried using the text service and can't access my account on that neither.
Every other day you have to authenticate ur log in with ur login and a security code sent to ur phone. Worthless app for quick access to ur account... just use website for the length it takes to sigh in
This app used to work pretty decent. For the las month all I get is a white screen. They will probably charge me for that too.
App crashes all the time. On weekends there is no body to assist you if you can't sign in.
wish it didnt lag sometimes and wish it was more like the online website, app doesnt have nearly as many capabilities

Why... Why why is this app all of a sudden not working..
I was told by a certain banker that I was going to be charged 20$ an HR to go over my check account ,and oh yeah my username and pw were different than the ones I picked when I opened up this account, been nothing less than the worst banking experience I have ever had it's unbelievable how one is told to even get secure lock to prevent fraud and I still lose 21k in 13 days are you f...k in kidding me I'm gonna sue

This is for the most recent version Not an older version as google play wants you to believe.. The app basically preforms well most of the time. My issue is with the update and permissions. Why does the app now need access to my contacts. It hasn't been necessary before, so why now I will not update this app untill that permission is removed. The contact information of my friends and relatives is private
Loved it until it stopped letting me deposit my checks through the app.
App will not work...it will not open...it will not do anything but tell me is not working.
The old app was way better then the new upgrade. I might as well go back to keeping a paper ledger the way this app is.
I don't like having to change passwords every month or so. Other than that I love the app.
Loading takes multiple minutes (5-10), if it does load. Previous app was better.

Does ok for a while. But since the latest update, after, give or take, 30-60 days of use, it requires a code to get in. Once that happens, it's required Everytime I try to log in. I have to delete the app and reinstall it to correct it. Very aggravating. Love the bank, hate the app.
