After talking with some one this app is no longer available would have been nice to be informed since Relied on the app to watch my TV because the remote we had has disappeared so now I have to pay to replace it So glad that my 2 years will be up in March.
couldn't open the app. when it did work it was only for a day and still was full of errors
Most unstable app I've ever used. Also confusing and illogically put together.
Why do I have to give the app permissions to make and receive phone calls? Doesn't make sense to me I'm not installing it.
This app is just as good as their service. People that work for this company should ashamed of themselves.

Its always reading a error code when i try to watch something that says watch now. The tv listings always say it can't load. When the app is working properly it a ok app but only about 50% of the time. Please fix. It makes for a horrible experience.
This app doesn't do anything it promises. Instead, it constantly tells me I am not eligible for service, even though I am a paying customer.
I can't seem to scroll through the entire Live TV listings without this app displaying an "Error Loading Guide" message. Code testing. It's not just for breakfast anymore.

It's always refreshing content and for some reason all the channels I choose I'm unable to watch and it crashes frequently. I have yet to be able to watch anything on it

This is the worst TV app I have ever used. And I thought Cox cable's app was bad. Seriously, I see individual developers writting better apps than this in their basement. Why can't a company as big as CenturyLink do better?
This app does not work at all like Xfinity to go app. Why can't this app be like Xfinity. I'm switching my cable to Xfinity! :)

Worst app ever!! you can be in the middle of a movie then all of a sudden it goes to audio only as if you want to watch a movie with out seeing it!!!
It never opens and when it does, spins and takes a long time to load. Please fix this!!!

Just received this months Prism bill. Doubled. And they said they had no deals. 130 a month. Gonna have to go with someone else
That anything could be worse than their customer service group, but this app is it. The release notes say this version has improved login - the improvement is that you can no longer login at all. I guess it's an improvement in the sense that I won't waste any more time dealing with the terrible UI. Uninstall.
Update for newer version: much the same. harder to login. harder to see what is on in the next several hours. It takes several minutes to load When it does the user interface is horrible (only a bit better than the on demand interface on the TV). Fix the app or remove it. It only makes you look bad when you are a content provider that cannot provide content.
Just does not work takes forever to load that is if it does at all. If I could give no stars I would. See the thing is they do not care cause what other option do you have. Always fails to load live listing, guide is a blank page, To sum it up useless. Going to un-install and find a friend with Comcast and use that app it also does not use the home network so all shows are available all the time. Liking Prism less and less every day.
Support for this app is non-existent. Tried contacting their customer service and was told I had to specifically contact another department that they couldn't connect me to. That department then told me they'd have to create a ticket and it would be resolved in about 48 hours. Never heard back, and issue wasn't resolved for MONTHS. Even when the app works, a lot of the features are useless. For example, the option to stay signed in does NOTHING. I can sign in to the app, choose to stay signed in for 30 days, then within hours I have to sign in again. Love the idea of this app, and maybe someday it might work. Until then, it's a complete waste of space.
App no longer allows me to stream live TV. While at home, it claims I am not on my home network yet I can pair it with my STB and use it as a remote. Poor execution all around from Prism TV. Can't wait to get rid of this amateur service.
The app is useless. It's as good as CenturyLink's customer service or billing department if you ever had the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with them. Despite the numerous 1 star reviews CenturyLink doesn't do anything about it. Funny thing is, you'll continue to get notifications to watch this show or watch this. But the app doesn't work to watch those shows. At this point I can't even login. Says, "we're having technical difficulties try again in 10 minutes." The app just takes up space.
I have prism tv in my home and I was wanting to use it mobile while traveling. I don't want it to answer my phone, I don't want it accessing my data. So when I deny access it won't load! It used to work with no problems. Now useless!
